Shaky email communication, product not delivered
Ordered 2 dubplates cut. Email communication was a little shaky and after a couple of follow-ups (after tracking down the right email address) I finally got a response from the business owner. Dubplates were cut and shipped. After receiving them I was not satisfied with the quality. Business owner promised a recut and to ship immediately. Weeks later after not receiving the updated shipment I reached out to the business owner to be promised he was sending out the product immediately. Again after not receiving the product I followed up a few times and was ghosted. Despite the business owner being a well known person in the music scene their ability to deliver on their promises in business are extremely subpar and I would not recommend purchasing from them.
