The website is easy to navigate, they include measurements for most items so I know what size to get, they have great sales, and shipping is fast!

We bought a pair of earrings from this company that were supposed to be 14k gold. When we received them the earrings appeared to be stainless steel and were as bright and shiny like ball bearing.

I immediately contacted the company and said we did not want to keep these earrings and I wanted to start the return process. They responded by asking me to take pictures of the earrings. What? You SELL the earrings, why would you not know what they look like?

I asked on two more occasions for the return authorization and didn't hear anything back from this company.

Yesterday I got an email that said "Unfortunately we are not issuing refunds on earrings and on sale items". I looked at their return policies and NOWHERE does it state this position in their return policy.

I called my credit card company and immediately disputed this charge, which was about $380 or so. I told the credit card company that I am NOT paying for the wrong product and that the company cannot arbitrarily change their return policy. If I have to, I will sue this company and make sure that my horrible experience is repeated over and over again to unsuspecting customers. Please shop elsewhere because I don't think that this company is at all honest.

My items never arrived. It says it stopped in transit on Feb 27 and then “deceased” with updates after that and just never came. I need a refund asap.

I saw the jacket in a local boutique and loved it but they didn't have my size. I googled it but found a shirt I liked even more. It was already discounted and arrived quickly, which was even better! I wore the shirt to a concert and got a lot of compliments! I would definitely patronize Montret again!
