This has been my go-to source for quality toys for my 4 grandchildren! Each purchase has been as described, excellent quality, shipped in a timely fashion, and best of all, loved by the grands!
The time spent with the toys has continued to be educational and always fun! You can’t get better for your money!

The toys are expensive for the quality, they are small, cheap and nasty - say they are an US company but actually Chinese crap.

The Montessori products are tremendous! Perfectly age appropriately described.
The customer service is really wonderful. I've read a few of the posted negative reviews. My experience was was terrific. I had purchased a gift that was duplicated by another grand parent. I contacted Montessori customer service directly, and was offered several solutions from which to choose in order to find a resolution. It couldn't have gone smoother.
I suggest that if one has ANY issue with a product or company, contact the company directly. Don't jump on to a review site to post a negative review as a solution. I was treated by Montessori in a professional, problem solving fashion that I'd hope any company would want to duplicate. They have earned a loyal customer with me!

I was a Montessori parent almost 30 yrs ago. And I'm blessed to be a Montessori grandparent. Started with the rattles (grandson loves them) I have since ordered many other items and plan on purchasing more. Had one incident with the space ship being damaged in delivery, but a few emails with customer service took care of that and a replacement was promptly sent. Maya was the best!
Toys are not made like they were 30 yrs ago...(lol is anything) BUT they are colorful, educational, and fun and our grandson loves the ones he has so far.
I will always purchase teaching toys and books. You can see on the look of a child's face how intrigued and curious they are with these types of toys. Encourage great thinking, imagination, development and FUN with Montessori learning.

The products looked great and I placed an order. Beware Shopify may plug in a different address from the one you enter. I placed my order and noticed the wrong shipping address too late. I contacted Montessori generation and they caught it in time and corrected the address before shipping out. They were responsive and helpful with a situation that was not of their doing. I am sure my grandkids will have hours of quiet fun with these products

I placed an order on Monday. I paid for Express Shipping. Their website mentions shippinh within 1 business day. It's been 3! After sending 2 emails; they don't reply !! Unacceptable.

I’ve purchased 5 items from Montessori Generation over the last 9 months and I’ve found the products to be of high quality and the company very easy to deal with. There was one teething toy I was concerned about because of a similar toy being involved in a recall. When I reached out they assured me that the specific item I had was not recalled and if it had been they would have notified me immediately. To make it right they offered for me to return the item for a full refund OR I could keep the toy to do with it want I wanted and get a $70 credit toward the purchase of different items. I really appreciated their focus on making sure I was comfortable in making my choice. When I’ve ordered items I’ve never been under time pressure so have not experienced late deliveries. Overall I have found them easy to work with and my grandson loves his toys.

The toys are great, however I am extremely disappointed in the customer service for Montessori Generation. I received an incorrect item on a recent order, and after almost 2 weeks, still don't have the correct item. This was part of a gift, which is now very late in giving to my grandson.

I purchased a toy and paid for express shipping. Instead of arriving after 3 business days, it took 6 business days. And arrived after my guests were here. I attempted three times to return the toy and they finally gave me an address, but the cost of returning it was beyond what made sense. Since they didn’t get it here even though I paid for the fast shipping, I feel
They should have paid for the cost to return it. Very disappointing.

I have the horrible experience with this company !
I ordered two toys for my granddaughters for their first day in school and one of toys came 2 weeks after the second toy never came month after my order.
When I talk on the phone with my grandmothers they ask me every time when the surprise will come?
I’m checking every day my Shop account and there is no information for that part of the order in the same time every day I’m receiving emails from this company to write a review or get more toys.

the motessori bike i purchased for my grandchild is absolutely, hands down the most used item in his home! since then i've purchased the wooden golf set for him and for another child and they are beloved. my entire experience has been amazing!! customer service is ten stars and products are 20!!!!

I love buying from Montessorigeneration! Their products are made of natural materials and they spark my grandchildren’s little minds to think critically. They are some of the toys that they play with over and over and over. You can’t go wrong with anything you buy.

My experience has been nothing but stellar as far as the educational toys, customer service, and quality!!! I cannot wait to order more for my grandchildren!!!

I love this website and the customer service. I have written two glowing reviews but I seem to have issues getting the code sent. I love the toys and I love the customer service, particularly Emily, who is a real person! I have two grandchildren and I have been encouraged by their parents to only buy them Montessori toys. They are creative and joyful. So far I am waiting for my “long drive” toy which will fascinate my grandson. The switchboard toy was incredible as he worked industrially for hours to turn on and off, switch on lights and place fine tools into small holes! Perfect! I will continue to buy with ease and confidence.

I ordered a rocket for my grandson’s first birthday. The product quality is poor, I received the rocket in damaged condition and the return process was ridiculous. I have sent several emails and received one response but no return instructions. The customer service is nonexistent. There are MANY other companies that have better products and better customer service. I would NOT recommend them at all.

I ordered a gift for my granddaughter. It was so easy and arrived so quickly!!

I had a question about my purchase after I put it together and customer service AMAZING. THE REPS/employees are so kind and helpful.

The montessori toys I've bought are so good for the children, engaging them really well and I think developing their little minds beautifully.
