I placed a rush order on lapel pins. Got them early, and the quality is superb. I couldn't be happier. We gave them to college engineering students. They (and we) were excited about the quality and design of the pins.

I am so happy with the personalized and fast service! Josh called to give me the inside scoop on soft vs hard enamel pins - bottom line for us: soft enamel pin production has fewer steps, therefore, is faster to ship. He was patient and helped me through the entire process, ensuring the pins were delivered on time (one day earlier than promised!).

Out of many patch/merch companies I've worked with, Monterey Company is EASILY the best one in my experience. Quality products and customer service is phenomenal, especially Josh who has helped us through several projects.

Product was fine, but they are not American-made. I had selected to purchase from the company because I was trying to support an American business who manufactures in the U.S., and their website says, “Nestled in beautiful Bend, Oregon, The Monterey Company, Inc. has been crafting high-quality metal products, stylish headwear, and quality custom promotional items since 1989.” When the package arrived, I was surprised to see the return address in China.

The Monterey Company made these custom coins, which made it much easier to make class rings for my high school seniors.
