Horrible return process. Don’t waste your time order from Amazon
I placed an order on November 27, 2021, it was confirmed, and I received notice that it would be delivered in 7-10 days. 16 days later the product hasn't shipped, I haven't received ANY notifications on status of the order, nor have I been able to get ANY response from Montem's Customer Service regarding this o order.
Montem showed the item was in-stock when I ordered. I'm suspecting that Montem doesn't actually have any of the items they sell actually in-stock. If you want to buy an item from Montem you probably should think twice before doing so.
