This company does not sell designer shoes of any kind what they actually show you pictures of designer shoes to choose from but that's not what you get a total rip off company do not buy anything from this company .

I should just copy and paste from the previous reviews as that is exactly what happened to me. I ordered a pair of Reebok work boots size 10 and was delivered a pair of Columbia climbing shoes size 11. When I told them they said to keep as they are a really popular shoe! They also said I would get a big discount on my next order. I was not happy with any of this and asked either for the correct shoe or a refund. They offered for me to keep the shoe and get a 15% refund. After about 10 emails it was obvious they were not going to help me so I went to my bank and made a claim with all the relevant emails and pictures they decided that it was indeed a failure on their part to supply correctly and gave me a full refund. I would advise anyone DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this so called company. Details as below are dubious!?

Ordered a pair of shoes and they weren't very cheap - I really wanted that style though and couldn't find them anywhere else. The shoes that arrived were vinyl boots I ordered leather shoes. They were ugly, poor quality and nothing like what I had ordered. As per their return policy, at my own expense I returned the shoes in their original packaging and requested a refund. I received an email from Emily the company service representative offering me a 15% refund. Not at all acceptable and I never received the refund anyway. So I have ended up with no shoes and about AUD$190 out of pocket. Terrible experience. Don't order anything from this company

I ordered a pair of shoes but the wrong shoes were delivered. I contacted them through their website and about a week later received a response asking for a photo of the shoes I received. They then again took a week to respond and are currently trying to convince me the shoes I received are their "hottest" seller (they're ghastly ugly!) and that I should keep them and they'll give me a "huge discount" on my next order. I've asked for a return address and for my money back but have yet to receive an answer.

I order online at the website montanorealty.com a pair of shoes but arrived one month after wrong pair of shoes and I try to contact them login in their website but never get an answer.
There is no phone number to reach them and no email, you have to login and fill a form you send but cannot find anymore information.
