I purchased a backpack bag because I have a disability and can not carry a purse. They sent an email stating it was shipped, but never arrived. Lots of excuses finally went back and shared the information with my credit card company and 6 weeks later had my money back. I had previously purchased from them and had no problems.

DO NOT ORDER FROM MONTANA HUDSON. I purchased a bag from them back in 2020 with no problems. Fast forward, this spring I ordered a work bag for my boyfriend on march 18, 2025. Im not sure what has happened to the company but its now May 23rd and I still have no bag and they have quit replying to my email. nothing seemed fishy til I came onto here and saw all the exact replies Ive been receiving. They sent me a real confirmation email that seemed completely normal and since I had bought from them before I thought it was fine BUT THEY ARE CORRUPTED. $239.99 down the drain:(

Also does business as Weston Cole. I ordered twice, in January, and it is now the end of April and no bags. Customer service, when they respond to email, gives various excuses but never provided me with a ship date or tracking number. I have given up on receiving either order and would love to file an official complaint against the business with a secretary of state, but I cannot locate a mailing or physical address for this company anywhere.

Avoid this company at all costs!! It is a scam. I am so sorry I got suckered into ordering a bag from them. I placed my order on 2/14/25 hoping I would have a nice bag to take with me on an overseas trip. Website is deceiving - there is no product as advertised. The "reviews" on the website have to be false because the bag I ordered has never shipped. They billed my credit card immediately which was my first red flag - reputable companies do not charge your card until the product ships, provide shipping and tracking information and assist with more than an AI bot. I have asked repeatedly for a phone number to call. Request ignored. I have exchanged at least 6 or 7 emails with the AI Customer Support - no product, no recource for getting a refund, no one to talk to. I will never, ever again order anything advertised on FB.

If I could go lower than a one on this review I would.I ordered a leather tote bag on 1.10.25 and never received the product ($180). I emailed them several times and they said they would let me know when it shipped. They originally said it would ship in two weeks. Then I followed up with an email to them on 1/25/25 and on 2/10/25. It has never shipped (it’s now 3.27.25) and I think this company is a scam. Do not order anything from them.

There is no customer service to speak of. I placed my order on 12/18/24. Have been given no assurance of arrival. Tracking info only shows a label printed on 1/10 somewhere in India. At this point I will just chalk it up as a loss.

Order placed 9/15/2024. Received boiler plate email with a paragraph about how shipping might be delayed due to COVID (in 2024??). 9/18 emailed them asking if the shipping delay message was still applicable since the supply chain crisis ended two years ago. 9/20 They replied without answering the question, but said my order was shipped and they're waiting for my tracking number. 9/24 emailed again asking for tracking. 9/24 responded that they're "escalating the issue" still no tracking number. 9/25 emailed asking why they still don't have a tracking number when on 9/20 they said it was already shipped. 9/28 replied saying they will ask the shipping team again, and the writer said "I am personally very sorry" but in all their emails there's never a person's name in the reply. I received the bag from "Krishna Handibags Trading." On 9/28 when I tried to access their website, my Avast security blocked it and with the warning "Threat: URL: Fake Shop." I was able to contact my credit card company saying I never received the product, and they refunded my payment and recharged the company. 10/15 today, I received a stiff leather misshapen bag with a damaged zipper and heavily stained dust bag with a fuzzy black spot that looks like mold. The customs invoice shows the bag is valued at "$30" for insurance purposes. I paid $211. I have photos and screenshots of everything. Saving them in case they're needed for future dispute.

Never received product. Received several emails about shipping, delayed manufacturing, etc. Placed order middle of March and by the end of April I had given up. The only way to reach them is through email. No phone number. SCAM. BEWARE!!!!!!!

My bag never arrived, when I check tracking it shows as returned to original sender. I have sent 7 emails to their "customer service" email contact and they have NOT replied. I have very disappointed. This was a rip off.

Company is a scam. Takes your money and does not deliver item. Been a month since I ordered and when I ask for update all I get as a response is our apologies, you should get a tracking number tomorrow or by end of week. Hope they spent my hard earned money well.

I ordered 4 different purses. They came and when I opened the makeshift "box" the overwhelming odor turned my stomach. They smell of gasoline, not leather! The scent of these purses was more than I could take. In addition to that, they did not come to me from Montana Hudson Leather, they came from a business located in India called Krishna Handicrafts, this made me feel mislead along with questioning the quality due to the odor. I will not be ordering from them again.

Wish I would have seen these poor reviews before I bought. Very poorly packed. Shipping took way too long. Leather is poor quality in many ways. Over all hard, creased leather. Bottom leather is very wrinkly and uneven. Smells bad. Seams are uneven. Was only interested because of the pink color and it arrived more purple than pink. Definitely not from USA. Buyer beware.

I ordered a backpack. I received a purse that smelled so bad. I emailed once I got it, they told me to send pictures I did. They still did nothing. I have sent 3 emails to them no response. I am disputing this with my credit card company. Don't order from them. They will not stand up to their product or send that correct item.

Bought this purse, it arrived and was too heavy for me. Asked to return and get a refund. They told me to keep the purse but never refunded the money! They told me it takes two weeks, then I was told in order of the purchase I will get a refund. It been almost two months! Never again, I should have researched the company!!

Their website advertised that if I purchased before Dec 17th, it would be delivered by christmas. I purchased 11 days prior to that cutoff, now they are saying the item will not be delivered until mid-late january. I asked to cancel my order and issue a refund. They refuse to.

Poor quality, I have only used the bag on 2 business trips and the bag scratches easily and the brown color is rubbing off. The leather is hard and looks like it will soon be cracking. I am trying to maintain the bag with shoe polish and leather care but the quality of the leather is so low, the bag is not going to last very long

Thank you all for these important reviews. I was just about ready to purchase but stopped short of deciding to look further into this company. I have fell victim to several scams on Facebook. These scams are companies that appear to be from the United States only to find out the company is from India or China. Their websites do not reveal their business office address and usually no phone number to contact Customer Service. I consider those red flags. After the red flags I started reading reviews only to find out I was correct. Facebook should make merchants to reveal the country of origin to help against scams. Again thank you all for your important reviews.

I wish I had dug a little deeper than simply the Montana Hudson website. This is a company that ships from India NOT the United States. Took over 3 weeks to receive my bag, the customer service when I was attempting to track my purchase was a email on Sunday’s only. When the bag finally did arrive IS NOT LEATHER just a super cheap looking version of what is advertised.

I thought a purse and it took so long for it to ship that the company said they were including a wallet for free. I thought, “What great customer service”. I revived the bag and it just wasn’t what I wanted. I emailed for a return within 30 min of receiving my order. I was asked to take multiple pictures and send it back with a tracking number. I was asked to email them the tracking number, which I did.
They received the package. After 5 days I emailed and asked when I could expect my refund. I was told the bag had to be inspected first. I waited another 10 working days and asked again when my return would be credited. I was told it had to be inspected. I told them they had 3 more days to “inspect” the bag and return my money. When the return didn’t take lace, I disputed the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. I received an email from the company demanding I cancel the dispute and deal with them. I never responded to their final email. Don’t do business with this company.
