Terrible customer service!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company. At the beginning everything seemed fine, I received an order confirmation and soon enough I could track my order. The problem came later when the courier company couldn't find my address and wrote in the status 'incorrect address'. That was it, since then I emailed both the courier company (Landmark global) and the Monshowroom asking them what is happening with my order but no reply. After waiting for a week I called them and they said that they will contact the courier company too and email me back. I was waiting for 5 days until I called them back asking for updates and they said that they emailed the courier company but they hadn't replied them and that if I want I should call them! THEY DID NOT GIVE A DAMN and they told me to call!!! they didn't even provide me with a telephone number or anything! Anyway, after trying to figure out which is the courier's company phone number, I figured out that the courier company delivered the parcel to another post company but of course noone informed me about it! After too many phone calls managed to find my parcel 45 minutes away from me and I went to pick them up.
I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DON'T CARE AT ALL ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS!!! SAVE YOURSELF AND BUY FROM ELSEWHERE!

Very bad experience

Very bad experience

The products are badly described on the website, they do not warn you before paying that you will be actually charged in Euros, they take week to deliver product - and of course sending back is a nightmare - and they advertise the possibility to pay in three installments - that is non-existent.

They do need a lot of work!

Do NOT buy ANYTHING from this store

Do NOT buy ANYTHING from this store. I placed an order six weeks ago but I never received the item. I've tried to reach them by e-mail and Facebook. They have only returned to me once saying that the carrier had troubles delivering the item and that I would receive a refund. However, I have not got either my money back nor my item.

Absolute joke of a Company.

Absolute joke of a Company.

Ordered a jacket in the first week of June and item was still being prepared until a few days ago. After countless messaging, calling and even looking for them on facebook, they processed a refund for my order citing the item being 'out of stock'.

Lo and behold today, I went to their website the item I ordered was in stock for my size.

Please, save yourself the hassle and agony of having to deal with this Company. I would recommend them to sort themselves out first and have a proper system in place for taking and issuing orders before thinking about running a business.

OMG I have the same issue

OMG I have the same issue! I emailed 4 times! no reply. I tried calling but their "hotline" is off. after an automated message they just hang up on you.

My order was placed over a week ago and is still "currently being prepares" - yet they charged me straight away.

extremely frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a long time customer and this has never happened before.

No response

No response, no answer at Customer Service. My order is still with the same status "Currently being prepared". I've sent numerous emails, and a messages from their website, everyday trying to phone and no answer. The money was deducted immediately.

Do not buy from this vendor

Do not buy from this vendor. My order was placed over three weeks ago. The order status is still "currently being prepared" yet I have been charged. I have contacted customer service several times, each time it takes nearly 48 hours for customer service to respond that they will look into this. I have asked for a refund, which has still not been organised. I will now be taking this up with PayPal.

Do not buy

Do not buy, impossible to reach them! Totally unresponsive. Take it as a challenge day 7. I still haven´t given up on wanting to return my ... item.

Completely Unreliable

I ordered a jumper in January. It never arrived. I have been trying to contact them through their website but they are not responding. I tried through messenger but still no response. There isnt a telephone number but im not going to give up. Be very wary of buying anything through this website as it completely unreliable.

how do i contact this company

how do i contact this company? i ordered a jacket after reading reviews etc wanted to talk to a real person who works there and its impossible? the chat is automated so whenever you send a message it says "sorry can you please rephrase" there is no contact email or number so if an item was received or you had any issues you cant resolve it so it basically is a scam website

After reading several reviews I was very dubious about ordering from them. However, I ordered through PayPal thinking that at least I’d be protected if I needed a refund. I didn’t need to worry though. Delivery was reasonably quick and item was exactly as advertised.

not a scam

ok so i ordered a jacket which took about 2 weeks but it actually came so this isnt a scam page, however when you message the chat the spellings incorrect and nobody replies, the emails they send look weird, and i have no idea how i would contact them.

Be wary !

Ordered a jacket which after 12 days 4 phone calls I discovered they did not actually have in the size I'd ordered ! Said had refunded but they had not . PayPal stepped in and filed a dispute I then got my refund . They seem to sell a great selection of goods at very competitive prices but I would never go there again based on this experience I am not convinced whether it is incompetence or dishonest but I would not recommend.

BEWARE!!

BEWARE!!! FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!
I have purchased from Monshowroom once before, and all fine with no problems.
Two months ago I made online purchase, and the online process seemed fine, after making the purchase (394.00 euro) I received a confirmation of order email.
They processed the transaction on my Credit Card, then nothing.....
No shipping info, no updates, they charged me Fedex delivery at 80 Euro for delivery within 5 business days, and 2 months later - no shipment....
I have called, sent emails, and no response or reply.
My bank in Australia is investigating the transaction and has made report to French authority.

Do not trust, do not buy!

Have been waiting a month no order received and customer service is poor. Do not buy from them. Worst experience online yet. Will probably need to refund my credit card payment myself.

I write emails, more then 1 week , no one answer back.

Sketchy place

I made an online purchase in October 2017. The website had a detailed shipping schedule which provided that my order would be shipped the following Monday. Two weeks passed and my order was still “being prepared for shipping”. I contacted the online store and there has been no reply to date. As this is not an actual physical store it makes effective communication even more important, especially as they continue to possess my contact information and credit card information. The step after personal data theft is identity theft. I would not recommend this place.
