My experiences regarding supply deficiencies, TF card (non) performance, and all communications reflect exactly those of other reviewers. Monremi's Customer Couldn't Care Less service?....APPALLING. Wading through brown mud springs to mind. The cameras do have good colour night time imaging but are prone to generating imaginary detections and annoyingly, to missing real detections. Put aside some time to fathom the software, which , apparently, has needed updating several times over the first month. I am concerned about possible malware downloads although so far there is no evidence and Popup blockers seem largely to counter the incessant pressure to buy both the cloud service and the advertisements reported by others.

Bought 2cameras from this company would record then nothing would not play back until I formatted the card on both cameras yet there was still over 80% left on the cards contacted them contacted them online said it’s probably the sd card I had a spare sd card of my own so tried that and it’s working fine emailed customer services and explained saying about so cards told me to do this and that which I told them already had done and still not got back to me bought a new sd card for my other camera and that works ok So obviously the sd cards are a complete waste of time after struggling for over a month I would never deal with these again complete rip off
Don’t buy a waste of money.
Bought two cameras which worked for a few days before they stopped recording to the memory cards. After a a short time both cameras failed to detect the memory cards. I changed the cards and that fixed the problem for a few days before the cameras failed again. Tried contacting support but only received what appeared to be AI generated replies. The cameras were easy to set up but the recording to SD card kept failing (I paid the company for the cards pre-inserted). They claim they only warrant performance using quality micro SD cards and when I took the cards from the camera they were not branded and even said mipro on them. I decided to order some branded but not too expensive replacement cards from amazon £9.99 for two and now the cameras record fine. I requested a refund on cards and they do not respond - Rubbish customer service.

I paid £49.90 from Monremi and it actually came from Shopaholic, it arrived with no SD Card as advertised, and took 17 days to arrive.
All they are is Gobetweens. They take your order pass it on to Shopaholic and bank £35.61 every transaction.
If you have any problems FORGET IT they won’t answer your emails.

I bought a defective camera from this company…
I bought a camera from this company which proved to be defective. I emailed support and despite requesting their return address on 4 separate occasions , they would not give it to me. They offered me £2.50, eventually rising to £7.50 to keep the camera rather than returning it. I refused their offer. Their claim to offer a "90 day money back guarantee with no hassle and no questions asked" is laughable.
The company is a scam.
The security cameras do not work. They don’t record to the sd card. Notifications are sent ever few seconds whether someone is there or not. And when you contact the company for a refund they tell you to return the item to china at your own cost even though they came from a uk warehouse.

Emailed them, sent me 2 choices 10% refund and keep it or return with the hassle of wrapping it, going to the post office and paying postage. I rejected 10% and asked for address. Then offered me 15% refund. Rejected again and still awaiting the address. Don't touch this company with a barge pole. Not following Online and distance selling rules, will report to trading standards. P.s the exact same item is available from Temu for about £15.
Did give me return address in China, cost £16 to track and insure up to £50 so likely to get money back via insurance.

I bought 2 cameras which took an age to be delivered. Once delivered found them very difficult to set up and intermittent working. Very short cord provided for plug in so limited as to were i could put them. Contacted customer service and asked for refund, said they would give me a 15% discount to keep the items and not return them. I asked were to return them to and wanted a full refund. Not heard anyting back. Very poor customer service do not buy from this company!!!
SafeView camera
Had the camera for less than 2 weeks before faults started to occur. Firstly it stopped playing back recorded videos, then it couldn't detect the memory card and finally it now cannot detect my wi-fi network. Cheap Chinese tat, do not buy. I wish I hadn't.
Monremi - dismal customer service
I purchased two Safeview security cameras from this company on 28.11.25 and also accepted an offer to buy a third camera at a reduced price. When the order confirmation arrived I noticed that MicroSD cards were included with the first two cameras but not the third so I queried this with the company on one of their standard forms. A week later - no response so I e-mailed and was told by e-mail on 07.12.25 that the memory card is installed in the camera, so felt reassured. The order was received (from China) on 17.12.25 an as I had suspected the third camera did not come with an SD card. I contacted the company and received an unsigned e-mail reply stating that my order only included two SD cards. I responded to the company 19.12.25 stating that if I had not been lied to I would have cancelled the order for the third camera. Their response, issued on 23.12.25, was to say that, again by unsigned e-mail, I should have double checked the order before completing it. Since I did check as soon as I received the order confirmation I consider their response to be a disgrace. Accordingly, on 24.12.25 I e-mailed the company with a scanned copy of my original query showing clearly that I questioned whether the additional camera came with an SD card - I have had no response to that e-mail. Also, I have to say that I find the cameras to be disappointing as they need to be very close to the router to connect to the internet.
Would I buy from Monremi again? Not a chance.

Great camera BUT DO NOT BUY FROM MONREMI!
I bought 4 Saveview window cameras including 4 SD cards as I did not want to pay for cloud storage which they offer. Camera's arrived with SD cards already inserted in the cameras. Installation was quick and easy and images were very good quality. However, after a few days, the SD cards stopped working. Formatting them again etc. did not work. Customer service was appalling. I took the SD card out and found the scam. They promise on website and on your email confirmation Sandisk 32GB cards which are great quality, however, the preinstalled ones are low quality. This is done deliberately so that they stop working and you subscribe to their cloud service because nothing is getting recorded. I was offered the same thing as other people who have complained here 20% refund but they are not refunding. I bought my own Sandisk cards and now the camera's are working fine. I am reporting them to trading standards as they are misrepresenting what they are sending and others should too. I don't find any fault with the camera's so if you want to buy them, get them from Amazon or another reliable retailer with good quality SD card and you will have no issues.
