I bought a handbag from that and it was faulty, took them months to fix the problem with me constantly having to email a few times a week for them to reply back and sending the courier wrongly.. real mess, would not recommend despite their products being nice. Customer service is a nightmare.

Deapite ordering my product much before…
Despite ordering my product much before christmas as a gift for my Uncle. I was then told after Christmas that the colour I wanted was not in stock. Product eventually arrived although I had to apologise to my Uncle and it was quite embarrassing. This embarrassment to be caused by a product/company was new to me and I congratulate you on being the first company to do this to me.

It has been more than 3 months and I…
It has been more than 3 months and I still don't have my order!! I placed an order before their store was shut due to Covid-19 at their stand in Myer Pitt St. I was told that my order would be ready to pick up at their Paddington store the next day. However, the next day rolled around and the lady on the phone said she hadn't gotten round to finishing my order. By the time my order was finished, they had closed their stores. I understand that this is to keep the community safe and healthy, but please at least give me an update as to when your store might re-open or offer to ship my order. I don't appreciate being left in the dark and my emails un-responded to for months.

Unfortunately my phone case with blind embossed initials arrived with a letter not stamped properly. Fortunately I was able to take it to a store where they redid it for me on the spot. Just need to make sure quality is right before they send to customer

Terrible
Handbag arrived over a month late. The extra strap ordered didn’t come and the original strap was missing too. A bag with no straps. After another two months of emails back and forth both straps finally came. Ordered the bag on Black Friday in November, received my straps in February and finally got to use it then. Terrible service.
