Declining amount of French items . Sending fresh food past the date . Credit your account then the money disappears. I would not recommend at all . There are some other website that are much more reliable.

Do not order from this company. When you receive your order, items are missing and they refuse to refund. They pretend to have completed a thorough investigation with no proof. Avoid them!

I paced an order in June 2024
I paced an order in June 2024, was informed of supply issues but that the items would arrive soon. In December 2024, after several emails, I phoned the company & was told due to the time of year delays were to be expected, I pointed out that my order had been placed 6 months ago! A refund was agreed, however, I've received a number of apologetic emails and promises of a refund but it's yet to materialise.
No stock claimed after paying
Ordered a product and paid, only to be told they were out of stock so they offered me an alternative inferior product in exchange which i refused. With the assurance the order would be fulfilled when stocks were re stocked the following week. Following week came and passed that's when I smelled a rat and rang the bank for the return of my money.
I wish I'd read the other reviews before ordering...
- In early August I ordered for delivery in 48 hours.
- After receiving nothing, a week later I emailed for an update and found they had supply problems on the products ordered.
- After numerous emails I agreed to accept substitutes for some of the lines.
- Half the order arrived
- I had to chase the other half
- I was told they'd refund it
- I had to chase the refund
- Today the refund has finally arrived on my credit card - 5 weeks after placing the initial order...
Very polite emails & helpful member of staff - but hopeless system allowing them to take orders for stock they do not have - and no way of proactively managing the orders from there on.
Sad - as they have a potentially fabulous offering - but seemingly can't deliver. It should be so easy to fix too...

I’m another in the list of customers who has not received my order. Like everyone else, I’ve had several promises by email that order is on its way. They do not answer the phone & their voice mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message. Quelle surprise! AVOID.
ABSOLUTE SCAM
Scam of a company! Do not order with them! I’ve ordered 5 items nearly a month ago, they delivered 1 item and 1 random item I did not order. They’ve lied saying the rest of my order will be with me last week and today they’ve said it “will be shipped soon”. Very unhappy customer
Very unhappy customer. Placed order 5 weeks ago. The delivered 4 out of the 6 items. I am still waiting for the 2 missing items to come back in stock. I was told this week that someone would ring me back regarding a refund for the missing items. Still no call and when you ring them no one answers. The items I did receive were packed terribly. I am surprised the glass items did not smash in the parcel.

I placed an order at the end of May for DentelleS. I eventually received a message stating the item was out of stock. I stupidly told them to credit my account until the item came in. Time passed. After 43 emails and a telephone call from a very strange sounding lady, I still haven't got my order or my refund. They also tried to take a shipping cost for no order, which they have refunded. After 14 weeks I have not received the order, after promises in emails "it would be with me soon". I have now requested a refund several times. They emailed today ( calling me dear) saying I would get my refund in 4 working days. Watch this space!
My sons' explanation is as follows - " I think the business is being run by a couple of very, very old ladies who can't cope." Who knows, perhaps he is right!

This is the worst online purchase experience.i have had. The items ordered were incorrect. They said they were out of stock.i said I didn’t want the incorrect item.
They said it would be difficult to return and offered no solution other than a partial credit for difference in price. I requested a refund. No response and I cannot even see a credit in my account. I reluctantly “accepted “ a refund. Not received.
Given my and other experiences this site should be avoided and a website investigation should be carried out into their practices.

A pointless company.
They advertise items as being in stock when they are not, instead of notifying the customer of this they prefer to retain your money while the order remains 'unfulfilled' on their system and will stay that way unless you contact them.
There will then follow an email exchange where they promise the goods will be with you within the week only for the week to pass and goods not arrive - but they still have your money.
Refund requests are ignored.
This has been my experience.
I referred the matter to my bank, flagging it as possible fraudulent activity.

Order #2014873 - This French supermarket is an absolute joke and their customer service advisor is useless and unhelpful and very ignorant! She does not have any personable skills what so ever. I processed my order on the 10/05/24 and still have not received it! I've contacted customer service by email and phone and I have not received any response and no help what so ever! This is my second time purchasing and 1st time was ok. This time around is an absolute disgusting experience!!! I would highly NOT recommend especially after the ignorance of speaking to your customer service women over the phone! And no replies to any emails either!
Avoid at all cost. Dishonest company
Dishonest company, they failed to send the order so I requested a cancellation and refund. That was months ago and the refund has still not not been processed by the company. I received my refund through a Paypal case, but Mon Panier Latin persists in emailing me, saying Paypal refunds are not working right now, and asking me for my bank details so they can refund me. Bank details are not needed for companies to process refunds, so we are obviously dealing with scammers here. Order at your peril.
