I have never had an experience like this in my life. After receiving the hair trimmer I purchased from them I was quite angry that it turned out to be a cheap Chinese product. Having paid almost £90 I attempted to return the item. It can’t be returned to the address on the delivery packaging, it can’t be returned to the address on their website. It must be returned to an address, that they will only provide after you have sent a number of photos to prove it has not been used AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. They then want to charge you an administration fee for the return. I was eventually offered a 10% refund which I found insulting. That was the end of all contact, they just refused to reply. I advise that you DO NOT deal with this company.

Looked up online review for shavers - monovon highly recommended! Ordered for £80 (reduced from £120!!! Bargain!!) Imagine my surprise when sent generic unbranded Chinese made razor that you can buy identical elsewhere for £16. Lesson learnt - this company is a scam.

Cheap over priced rubbish...bought clippers which where named in a UK article.
Tried to cancel but usual excuses already sent.

Pretty much as other reviews have said they are dodgy and refuse to allow order cancellations even when they are immediate claiming logistical reasons. They then charge illegal re-stocking fees and exorbitant returns postage fees if you attempt to return.

Bought the well reviewed Monovon Gimbal which came in good time. When I received it the product was a Tokqi M01 which absolutely nowhere does it say that on the website.

Worked fine when first turned on but did not connect to Bluetooth or WiFi. Contacted them time and time again and the AI customer service kept on bouncing back asking for more and more reasons why it’s not working.

The ‘customer service’ does not respond to requests to return it and to be honest I don’t think I will as I can’t see me getting my money back.

Looks like another rebrand is on the cards for these guys looking at the recent reviews!!

Great product, but tracking was confusing and difficult to use.
Shaver showed up just over a week after ordering.

Unfortunately I placed an order, and when the email came through it looked dodgy so I came on trust pilot and then to my knowledge realised it was a scam, I emailed monovon and asked them to cancel my order 8 hours later I receive an email saying no due to logistic reasons you can’t cancel. Please please don’t use their website, they are scam artists. What kind of company doesn’t let you cancel an order when you email pretty much straight away asking to cancel. When they email you back it looks like Artificial intelligence, they don’t address you by your name it’s just “dear customer” with the name Cassie at the bottom of the email. Please avoid! never again will this happen to me.

Until it became too toxic. Got a lot of bad reviews. Changed its name to Monovon after people copped on to it.Stay well away, scam artist of the highest order.
No matter what you order,you will receive a cheap Chinese copy.Big penalties if you try to return the item,and will not give you a return address.

What a marmite organisation.The binoculars I ordered arrived in just over a week and are excellent. From reading other reviews regarding binoculars it would appear all agree with me. Other products, well ....

Tried cancelling 45 minutes after ordering to be emailed “cannot be cancelled due to logistics”

UPDATE the gimbal arrived from china within 6 days of ordering. Yes, this is very expensive for a cheap (entry level) gimbal. Do your research 🧐

Bought a breast pump from them, item does not work and they just fob you off with excuses, saying it will cost me to return item even though item it faulty and doesn’t work.
They trade under the name MONOVON UK , yet they are in China!
I’m having no luck with getting a refund as it stands, they have £149 of my money and I have a product that needs to go in the bin!
Absolutely disgusting how they can get away with doing this to customers!!

This is a reincarnation of Roadxon. Utter scammers. Do not use them. They threaten to credit blacklist you if you request a refund.

Was v anxious as feared scam after finding binoculars were being shipped from China (not the UK) and seeing warning about the website integrity. But a good quality pair of binoculars arrived at my QLD Australia home just 3 wks after I paid. Very pleased. Pity I panicked after reading negative reviews and cancelled my UK bank card.

I was looking to buy a new electric razor. Stumbled across a review, best of 4/5 razors. Monovon came out on top, very impressive. I ordered & paid, never received a confirmation. During the evening it occurred to me I didn’t read any reviews. When I did it didn’t fill me with confidence. Just had to wait with everything crossed.
Didn’t have long to wait, it arrived today, only took 9 days. Charged the battery, less than an hour. Absolutely brilliant shave, so smooth. I’m very impressed with the product & the service, it’s certainly not, from my experience a scam company.
Anything goes wrong I’ll edit my review. Watch this space.

I bought an action camera advertised as better than a GoPro, but it was a complete scam. It was dropshipped from JD Dropshipping for 50 euros, but I was charged 150 euros. The worst part? The camera is terrible. They claimed it records in 5K at 30fps, but the video quality is awful and nowhere near 5K. It’s a cheap, low-performance device built on lies and false marketing. Avoid at all costs!
The great part is that their services at least replies and helps to solve the problems

Cannot give 0 Stars, but thats what these deserve. I ordered the beard trimmer priced on offer at £79.00 The delivery date was later than I expected as it was for a birthday so I cancelled the order. I was told there would be a fee but I was happy with that. The refund was to be in my account in 7 working days. I then had an email. It was on its way ???.
I emailed several times and was ignored. In the meantime, the trimmer, I discovered, was on sale on Amazon and others for £29.95 I did not receive a refund and now have a trimmer and have been well and truly conned. Over charged by almost £50 !!!
This is an unscrupulous company that should be forced out of business DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DISGRACEFUL COMPANY
