Bad experience

Bad experience, the package I bought and which was supposed to arrive in Germany was not delivered because DHL did not want to deliver in the company's name. This happened to me for the first time when I bought in Italy. I buy all over Europe and I have never had any problems except with Italians. As for Monnalis, I am still waiting for a refund, they are very slow and the procedure is painful.
I will never order anything from Italy again because their organization is very poor.
