OUT OF BUSINESS.....NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL. NO DOD JUST NOTHING BUT A RECEIPT THEY GOT MY MONEY.. order place 12.4.23 TERRIBLE WAY OF DOING BUSINESS... HOPEFULLY THEY'LL FOLD!!!

I ordered a mask on the 28th of this month. I sent 2 emails asking how long it would take for me to receive my order. So far no response from this company.

So far, I've placed 2 orders and they both arrived in good form. Service was a bit slow on the first order. The actual products look very nice, and I think well worth the investment. As for any issues about copyright infringement, many art sites on the internet display more stinginess and greed about the viewing of their art works.

Fraudsters. They collect money but they dont deliver

Have ordered 2 batches of shirts from them both size M. First batch were great and fit perfectly, second batch far too large despite being size M too. Was told that their measurements were 'within the allowed error'. The difference is one batch fit and the others did not. Why have different sizes if they cannot be consistent? Will not be buying more from this company.

Out of 5 shirts that l ordered 2 of them were the wrong shirts and they don't care and will not replace them!

Been over 6 weeks. Placed order. Received no order number. Dung Phan is the name I have communicated with once. I asked for my money back. But I doubt that will happen. Still have not received any product. The fact they don’t have a phone number, speaks to the shady operations of this company

Never received my orders. This is after over a month has passed.

They don’t do returns. They only offer exchanges, and they charge a $25 shipping fee to exchange a $40 sweatshirt. So now the already overpriced sweatshirt costs $65 if we want one that fits. Really disappointed. I will never ever buy from them again.

Garbage support and service. Ordered over a month ago and have not received my order. Felivery service is even worse!!!!!!! I will never order again!!!!;

Hi I have received excellent care from Monkstars even when an order was taking forever to get here most likely due to halt on travel routes from the Coronavirus. I'm very pleased to say my horrible order for my nephew's belated birthday thankfully resolved it self. My negative beginning became a positive ending. I also have ordered items for my husband & my self in which we love our products. Thanks for everything your understanding, your patience when i was upset over the situation. Most importantly your kind words & following up with me from start to finally transit almost done process!!!! Thanks again may God Bless all of you. Donna

Order a hoodie the beginning of November still have not received tried tracking from the shippling co and being sit there since 20 nov would never order from them again they suck

I have used them for a few different items and the last hoodie came in and the pattern was more than we expected. Will we use them again in the future...….yes!!
