Absolutely awful experience with Monkey…


Absolutely awful experience with Monkey Tree Surgeons. They carried out work on my neighbour’s property and left my garden, decking, shed, summer house, and even the back of my house covered in a horrific mess. My guttering ended up blocked because of the debris.

When I contacted them to ask for the mess to be properly cleaned up, I was met with foul, abusive, and aggressive language over the phone before they hung up on me and blocked my number. Their idea of “cleaning up” was a quick blow with a blower, which didn’t even begin to fix the damage.

Unprofessional, rude, and completely disrespectful. Do NOT use this company.
