I have been using Monkey Puzzle for over 10 years and have always found them to be reliable, conscientious and very competitively priced even on jobs that require a fast turnaround (which actually seems to come as standard. Next day or two day delivery is regularly achieved!) Their costs are not rock bottom, but it is very well worth paying the very modest increase over a largely anonymous online printer with whom communication is usually more difficult and flexibility is minimal! Recommended!!

Our recent experience with monkey puzzle marketing was excellent. Daryl’s and his team worked extremely quickly and efficiently. We placed our order for 1000 20 page colour brochures at midnight and collected at 11am the following morning. The team were friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend.

I ordered 50 Order of services and a collage with a number of photographs in the foreground of a panoramic picture for a funeral. I needed them to be completed quickly and accurately. I used the six hour service which proved to be spot on. Not only was everything delivered within the timescale but the printing in my opinion was to a particularly high standard. I was more than pleased with the service and standard of work and would certainly recommend this company unreservedly.

Was delighted to stumble across Monkey Puzzle Media about a year ago when looking for a short notice printer for corporate brochures, having been let down by our previous printer. Not only are their prices more transparent and less than anybody we have used before, their customer service is second to none and their printed works are excellent.

Cristoph and Darryl (not restricted to these two but they are the staff members I often deal with) will always go above and beyond to make sure my works are produced quickly, beautifully and in a cost effective package. Their delivery system is nothing but reliable and when I've picked up orders their set up in Sunbury is a very professional and welcoming outlet.

It is not often you come across a company like MP with such a high focus on customer service which also delivers consistently. I can rely on Christoph, Darryl and their team to meet very tight deadlines and produce excellent work so would highly recommend them to any business or personal user. In fact I have recently used MP for personal projects which were treated with the same high standard as my professional requests.

Their admin and finance systems are also easily understood and prompt.
