Poor Customer Service (non existent actually)
The ordering of the product online was very easy and it arrived quickly, but it was in a package with no details of Monix no contact details no After Sales service and although I received an email which seems to be a standard one after I’d received the product none of the emails that I have sent have been replied to. I’ve reverted to using Ellipals own support which is very frustrating. I also have no idea of what guarantees I have on the product so I feel in the dark.

They contacted and refunded me. I will try them again later.
I received two CoolWallet S devices and BOTH had 0 battery all the time, they would not work unless connected by USB to the charger.
Completely useless, their batteries should last 2 months and it was broken.
I contacted Monix for help more than a week ago and they haven't responded.
This cost me more than 80 quid.
I want a refund or help to fix this problem!!

I choose delivery on the Post office next to me, because I did not at home the time they came.

I want to share with you my experience of buying such a crypto wallet. My choice fell on the Safepal S1 wallet. After choosing a wallet, I started looking for where I can buy it and found this place. Namely the Monix store. Great store, great selection of gadgets to store your cryptocurrency. The manager Dylan is very polite, he advised everything, helped me pick up a wallet and sent it on time, I successfully received my Safepal S1 wallet.
