Terrible experience trying to send money to Colombia, after they took the payment and several days of waiting for the money to come through I called them to get an status of the transfer and they said they needed to talk to their “partners” called again next day and no update , they are still waiting for the response in their p”artners” , tried to cancel and they won’t give me my money back

Everything is fine, but when I wrote the recipient's name and surname, the program does not send it. I had to write in the surname-first name, and in the first name-last name. Otherwise, everything is okay, today I will find out if the money arrived.

Be ware, it's non-reputable company
I got carried away by the slightly higher rate moneyto.co.uk offered me after I got a call from their agent. I sent £1021 to my account in Pakistan on 28/3/2025. After 24 hours, money still hasn't been credited to my account though it was supposed to be instant. I asked for a refund, they refused stating money had been "sent" to partner bank in Pakistan. It's a scam company. Now I have to raise dispute with Nationwide visa to get my money back. What a hassle and what a bad experience for first time use. I will not be using this company ever again. I hope I don't lose my £1021.
