I have been a Moneypenny client for almost seven years, and the service has made my working life genuinely easier throughout. As a marine surveyor, I am often out on site or up to my elbows in a survey, and knowing that every call is answered professionally and promptly gives me real peace of mind.
I must give particular credit to Jemma Gabriel, who has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is responsive, attentive, and consistently goes the extra mile. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and she clearly understands how my business works. Jemma is wonderful, and the level of personal care she provides is exactly why I have stayed with Moneypenny for so long.
I would not hesitate to recommend Moneypenny to any business owner who wants their calls handled with professionalism and a genuinely personal touch. Thank you, Jemma!

Excellent service provider
Have been using moneypenny to screen all of our calls for a few years now. We had moved from an alternative answering service as they kept making errors (most caller names were spelt wrong). Moneypenny are pleasant to deal with, easy to contact and update through the app and their messages are generally accurate. Any issues have been minor and quickly dealt with. Very happy with the service.

Sad to be leaving
We have employed Moneypenny as our answering service for several years and are only ending our contract with them as we are downsizing the company. All the team leaders I have worked with have been exemplary in terms of quick and efficient responses and helpfulness and the staff have always provided a courteous and knowledgeable service to our customers.
