I had an excellent experience with MONEYME. The entire process was incredibly easy, straightforward, and much quicker than I expected. The team was professional and really helpful throughout the journey. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and efficient service!

Fast and easy!

For my second time borrowing through moneyme I was majorly impressed by how easy and quick it was. I applied late in the evening and had my funds early the next morning. Their efforts were much appreciated!

Easy process yet unsettling afterwards

The loan process was very straightforward, and everything was clearly explained upfront, which I appreciated. However, the automated repayment bot began sending messages and emails almost immediately after my loan was approved. Receiving multiple reminders each day can feel a bit unsettling, even if they’re meant to be helpful.
In my opinion, a single message and email shortly before the repayment date would be more than enough as a reminder. Anything beyond that becomes excessive and starts to feel like harassment rather than support.
Overall, the service itself was good, but the frequency of automated reminders could definitely be improved for a better customer experience.

Better than the bank!

From start to finish the consultant that helped me with my application was awesome.
Anything that needed clarification she would let me know so that I could clarify it.
My consultant was quick to congratulate me on getting the loan, I for one didn’t think I’d get the loan.

Dissatisfied

After initially having been completely satisfied, it went downhill from there. The money was put into the wrong account, then there was an issue with receiving the balance into the correct account, and even now you still don’t have the correct bank account when sending messages, emails or even when I’ve called to make sure the account you will be taken payments from has still not been updated.
Disappointed really.
