I really appreciated the helpful and smiling faces of the lady's that work on Madison /Auburn store.It always feels like they appreciate their customers as much as we do them ! Great staff and fast efficient service there .Love this store ! Keep up the good work team Madison!!

My experience at Money Mart was wonderful the two ladies are very pleasant and polite and they help me out so much today that I will most definitely refer all my friends to this money mart location at 6574 Tecumseh Road East Windsor Ontario N8T 1E6.

I went in there yesterday and today to cash a check and the level of service was excellent! I especially want to acknowledge Monique. She was the only worker there the first day I went and she handled the line with professionalism and poise. Even though they didnt have enough cash on hand to cash my check in full, she did everything she could to assist me and even gave me a follow up call the next day when the funds were available. Upon arrival today she was training a new employee and still gave excellent customer service. Just wanted to take the time to thank her and show support of this location. Ive been coming to this location since childhood with my Dad when he would cash his checks there. Its good to know it stood the test of time and the level of service remains the same. I would definitely recommend this place!

I came to your store on May 13, 2021 and your employee Melodie at Aiea, HI branch assisted me with my Western Transaction. She was so very patient and so very professional with helping me with my transaction. I was having a very frustrating day that day and she was so very nice and helpful that I felt more positive about my day. I got my transaction done wonderfully with Melodie's assistance. Melodie is an asset to your company..Her service was great.

Wonderful customer service. Sandra was super kind and pleasant and everyone in line was thanking for her for being so wonderful with them. She was by herself working with a about three people ahead of me and I was in and out within 10 mins. thanks Sandra your wonderful customer service made my day a better one!

I want to give a big thank you for the excellent customer service at the Pinkhook location in Lafayette, La. I received a large check, needing to cash and went to 2 different "competitors" of money mart who wanted me to jump through hoops or wait 10 days because of the amount. They were able to cash it right away(after verification). There was a hiccup with putting half on the card and the nice lady was able to accommodate me & make sure I left with all my money without waiting. Thank you for wonderful service because of yall I dont have to wait another 2 weeks to have my roof repaired.

Process was quick it was easy it was not complicated I had a very good experience overall

This morning i went to the money mart just to cash a check. I explained to Ashley my issue prior to getting the check. She understood my concerns and got right on it. It took almost a hour just to handle the situation. She never turn me away she continue to work on the problem until it got resolve. I really appreciate her to the fullest.
