This place is a fraud!! You cancel the 19.99 membership and still get charged for it. Camm customer service and they lie and say no refunds are ever granted! I have been trying for 2 months now to get my 40.00 back for the 2 months they charged me after I cancelled!! This place is the worst.

So far no complaints, not really sure what's up with "tipping", I tip enough for Insta cart food deliveries so not sure what I am tipping for in this situation , will keep is my when I or loved ones need a little help

I had difficulty when I originally opened a Money Lion account. The staff walked me through the process and clearly explained the process of opening a credit builder account. My credit score increased by carefully keeping track of my account and utilizing the products Money Lion provided access to.

I am so glad that there is a product online like Money Lion. I have never had any problems working with them and would recommend their services to anyone. They have a great cash advance, loan and investment resource menu to name just a few options. I only wish that they had a more flexible direct deposit resource and hopefully this will happen in the future.

(Date: 04/30/2026) I like the help that the company gives, I just wished it was more…(Update: 05/08/2026) I just got an email from MoneyLion asking for more information I don't know what more to say other than to re-word my comment... So, I like the help that "MoneyLion" offers with money loans... I just wished that I was "approved" for a larger amount (more money) I am in "GOOD STANDING" so far... I just thought that I would get offered a larger loan amount because my account would show that I paid off my loan on my due date... I don't know if MoneyLion offers that or not, but usually loan places will offer you more money if you show that you can pay your loan amount back on time... I guess I'll find out if they do or not on my next POSSIBLE loan, or I can try a DIFFERENT loan place (out of the MANY OTHER loan app. possibilities)... I just don't want to go through finding another loan app. and giving out more of my personal/bank information... So I HOPE that THIS is a"BETTER REVIEW" and "ENOUGH INFORMATION" for "MoneyLion"...

My instacash is never consistent. It always fluctuate everytime I paid it off which is frustrating. Also, there is no increase after consistent payment either. For example, my instacash does not go up past a certain amount. Also, the fees are ridiculous. If you are going to charge that amount for fees, at least give more to the instacash.
