Awful company
I see so many reviews giving 5 stars about the process being easy, but very few people talking about their outrageous fees and their lack of willingness to work with people. First of all, I didn't realize this was something I would have to make biweekly payments on, versus monthly. I have been calling them to try to discuss other payment arrangements, but they insist there is nothing they can do. Meanwhile, all these fees are racking up. I took a $1250 line of credit about 6 weeks ago and there's already over $1700 due. I was told I would have to miss 7 payments before any alternative payment arrangements could be made. I will probably owe $5000 by then. Stay away from this company!!!!

Logged into my account and noticed my balance had not decreased much after making a separate payment. I asked the agent why, and she was very rude. Then i tried to call and I received a recording saying the number is not available!!! Im just trying to pay it off. Anyone else have this problem??
