Advise on non-payment of redundancy and workplace pensions pensions

My first contract with money helper was quite helpful, after listening to my problems, redundancy, and pensions, I was asked to put it all in an email, the advisor actually sent me the email address and further attention of, ---- not fair to name, I passed the information on to colleagues to email the above as it was so posative and I felt finally somebody was listening.
I sent the information through, as did my colleagues ,only for it to ping back unknown domain, I decided to call again, this time I got a guy who state that all the previous information was wrong and there was nothing they could do.
Strange that two individuals working in the same advice centre can be have such a totally different view of the same situation, a total waste of my time.

After calling me to arrange an iva I have now been left in the dark as to what’s happening. My case handler told me lots of things that are not true. The creditors continued their harassment they actively stepped up their efforts day night and weekends. I now live in fear everyday there’s someone at the door.

Money Helper is not for people like me

I could not really see the point of Money Helper as they just want to point me to an organisation that could give me the answers. But I think I can do that research myself. My conclusion was that Money Helper is for people who don't know how to or cannot conduct online searches. My second conclusion is, that it does not have the answers but it knows a man who does. This is a waste of time in my world but I'm pleased that some people find it helpful.

Terrible service

Terrible service.
Was on Live Chat for over half an hour.
Explained my situation in the first message.
Next thing I’m being asked if I’m okay for food and shelter, then wanted to know all my details such as name/address etc.
At the end of the conversation she just said contact FOS.
Why didn’t she say this to begin with?
Waste of time and very patronising.

Harassed and not nice.

My daughter was harassed by these people when she was not sure about them not accepting she wanted to set up a direct debit, but asked for her card details including CVV she was apprehensive. So when she posted her concerns on trust pilot they contacted by text WhatsApp and phone calls forcing her to take them down. Money problems are so stressful as it is. Now she's using a recommendation from CAB money advise service.
FYI update.
I have double checked this and it is correct and we have both the txt messages and the WhatsApp message.

Hi there, I don't think you are referring to an experience with http://moneyhelpteam.co.uk/. Our client feedback team have heavily investigated this and we cannot find this situation happening. All calls are recorded according to FCA regulations. This has to be an experience with another company. I'm sorry that your daughter has had to go through this with them.

Increasing debt and worry’s

After struggling with debt and the lockdowns making things worse my wife and I decided we needed to act, we contacted Paul and James at money.org.uk for advice, Paul and James have wisdom with debt management and options that they can give you to help get back on track with your money along with financial advice going forward really puts your mind at rest that you went to RIGHT place. Within about 3 weeks after calling Paul and James we now have all our financial worries behind us along with some money advice that has helped us improve our day to day running of our bills.
Can’t thank you both enough.
