Hello Stephen,

You can find your e-transfer password in your Payment Method section within the Account Settings.

If you want, you can enable autodeposit for e-transfers in your bank account to bypass the password requirement altogether for any future transfers.

We deliver GeniusCash to most customers within 30 days of their application date by automatically receiving confirmation from the bank that the application for the credit card or account has been approved and that it meets all the eligibility criteria for GeniusCash.

Sometimes we don't receive this confirmation from the bank automatically, and manual investigation is required. If you haven't received GeniusCash once it's been 4 weeks since your application date, please head to your moneyGenius dashboard and create a ticket. This way, we can get your info sent directly to the bank for a manual investigation. If you've already opened a ticket, the manual investigation time depends on the bank and sometimes there can be delays that are outside of our control.
