The minimum withdrawal amount is $1300, but when my account reached $650, the payment gateway stopped allowing customers to make further payments. This prevents me from ever reaching the minimum amount required for withdrawal.

Run away, our online store, started the partnership with this "thieves" after 2-3 succesfully transfer to our bank accounts, and after the sales increased in volume, they stopped our services, and refuse to send our money! Without any prior notice or notification.
Run away from this scammers.

Update : We sent them emails, and not responded. We stil have our money blocked from 1 august.

They activated my account and my bank account for payments. When it came time to make the payment, they say they can not pay to my account. Tried different options and everywhere refusal. Thus they stole 2500$ from me. Pure Scammers !

Hundreds of orders were refused payment because of these f*king idi0ts. Their systems do not accept payments of $10 or more. And they haven't sent my money for 3 months. Stay away from these fraudulent idi0ts.

Scam! Run away and save your money. I've been waiting on my payouts more than 7 months now and the support agents are useless. They keep changing their whatsapp numbers every time... not trustworthy at all !!

It does not work. When setting up like instructed in their page and selecting "Hosted Payment Page" no credit card is required anywhere and then when pressing submit hoping for the card info coming after that, you get message: "There was an accident". Then when trying to other option "In-page checkout" you'll get the credit card section only to end up with the same error message "There was an accident". All webhooks at place. Nothing works. Not support to contact. I'm missing Stripe that my customer wants to change to MoneyCollet. Stripe works fine, Moneycollect unfortunately does not.
