Monetag 

I am reporting a serious financial dispute with Monetag. As a developer, they have frozen $500 of my legitimate earnings from 'Digital Gold' project without providing any logs or technical proof of their claims. Despite providing transparent data from Google Firebase proving 100% human organic traffic, their support (Mary) has ceased communication. This is a direct violation of EU transparency and fair-billing practices. A formal complaint is being escalated to CySEC. Publishers beware: your funds are not secure here if they decide to skip payment without evidence."

It is completely unacceptable and illogical to ban an established publisher's account and withhold a pending balance of $500 just because they manually paused their traffic for maintenance or optimization. This feels like an automated system error that is being used to seize earned funds.

I have contacted support and I am waiting for a manual review from a human manager. My traffic is organic, coming from my own developed applications, and my year-long history with Monetag proves my legitimacy.

I expect a quick resolution and the release of my $500 balance. I will update this review based on the company's transparency and cooperation.

Update after Monetag reply (April 7, 2026):
Stop wasting time with generic replies. I have already contacted the email you provided in replies below multiple times, and your team explicitly refused to solve or release my funds or provide any technical evidence for the ban. You basically told me 'this is our final decision, take it or leave it' after seizing two months of my hard-earned revenue.

If you are actually serious about a resolution, contact me on my registered email with a payment confirmation. Otherwise, quit the PR act; I don’t believe you have any intention of resolving this fairly, and I will continue my legal pursuit through the official authorities.

My account was suddenly suspended without any valid reason. They are still holding over $300 but have not provided any guidance on how to verify my account or retrieve the money. I have tried multiple approaches, but none of them seem to work.

Moreover, their ads do not comply with the agreed setup. Users on my site are experiencing excessive pop-ups even though I only implemented banner. This has caused a significant drop in user retention, as many visitors are leaving the site due to the intrusive experience.

Overall withdrawal experience is good, but eCPM is very low. For these 2 weeks of withdrawal, I want to give it 5 star rattings.

all there case studies are fake they don't even pay $10 dollars to there publisher and make fake excuses on payout days.

Advertising managers insist a lot on contacting you to work together. Then they pay only half of the agreed amount and make fun of you. I have forwarded the conversation records to the team; I hope I can get my money.

I joined Monetag as a publisher and after sending traffic for 3 days I was updating my payment method and during that process my account got banned, I also contacted the support through their email address but no response at all.

A total bait and switch! Avoid!
Don't be fooled by the high rates at the start. Monetag is a total bait and switch. My CPM was decent in the beginning, but as soon as I sent massive traffic, they slashed my CPM drastically. It’s like they lure you in and then rob you. I’ve sent as much traffic as possible and the returns are now pathetic. Totally NOT worth it. Save your traffic for someone who actually pays!

I was banned for an alleged “Terms and Conditions violation” just five minutes after contacting their support chat regarding an issue I was experiencing.

They accused me of generating invalid traffic, despite the fact that I have never encountered any such problems with any other ad network.

I made every effort to explain the situation and demonstrate my good faith. I have complete visitor logs available to prove that there was no abuse or invalid activity. Unfortunately, they did not take the time to review or consider this evidence.
To make matters worse, they withheld the nearly €200 I had legitimately earned.
Very disappointing experience don't try it search for alternative website don't forget Monetag and
Propellerads is same company .
