My life insurance was really quick and thorough the advicer really explained everything to me and I felt confident going ahead with it

I spoke with Ellie to look at reviewing my policy, and she was very friendly, understanding and thorough with making sure I knew everything regarding the policy. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease, I am really pleased to have spoken with Ellie today and she found a fantastic affordable plan for me that’s suits my health and personal circumstances. Firstly the warm and friendly service rep I spoke too was beyond lovely. I felt listened too and respected. I was taken through all the details of the policy I was interested in after it was recommended for my age and situation. I was patiently responded too when I asked questions and requested information. I had overall a superb experience and I appreciate the continued follow up after my policy starts. Bradley knows how to maintain a conversation. This are long calls and is important to keep entertain. Also he was really patient at explaining everything when I had a doubt.

Great service from start to finish. Ellie made the whole process so much easier and better. Can’t fault anything and even when I said the monthly payment was a little bit too high it was adjusted straight away.
