In general, very easy - both pick up and also drop off, especially now with no need for printing labels etc. BUT - if the box doesn't open, or you need assistance by telephone, the service is poor.

Very good

Not the best but with little organizing it is one of the best , fast and not expensive.. better than chronopost who does not respond!

Lost parcel confirmed, no real help, very disappointing

Mondial Relay lost my parcel #69363518 after automatically redirecting it because the original locker was full. Since 30 April 2026, the parcel never reached the new pickup point, and for weeks I received nothing but generic replies and useless delays.
I contacted customer service multiple times and opened a complaint, yet no one gave me a real answer until they eventually confirmed in writing that the parcel was lost. The parcel contained personal belongings worth around €380, and the handling of this case has been completely unacceptable.
Poor communication, endless waiting, no real solution. I would not trust Mondial Relay with anything important.

Horrible

Horrible
They lost my very very expensive package after theu promised several times they would deliver it the same day I got no money back and when I called I got such rude service each time and told to wait they don’t help whatsoever and they clearly handle packages very poorly avoid it as best as you can

Appalling service

Appalling service. The item was collected from the seller and then disappeared. I was finally reimbursed after 6 weeks and several complaints.

Hit and miss.

My experience with Mondial Relay has been a bit of a rollercoaster. It's great if you just have to drop a package at their locker and you can scan a code. If your goods are delivered to a locker it always worked well for me too. However, the problem starts if you have no locker around you and they just randomly send your package to a shop that is a 45-minute (!) drive away from the place you live and because you urgently need the goods you go there and then the package is not even there. It's really audacious to send good to random places without prior consent of the receiver. Those issues cost me so much time and money and are the reason I never send anything with Mondial Relay now unless I can use a locker or it can be delivered to a locker.

5 parcels

5 parcels, delivered 20km away although the delivery to the destination was paid. Then only three returned after two months and damaged.

Ridiculous, two-day limit to pick up parcels

Terrible service, my parcel is delivered to the nearest postal point, which is a very long way from where I live, on Thursday, and has to be picked up by Monday. It is also in a shopping centre, which has limited opening hours. Effectively it does not even give you two business days to go pick it up. Disgraceful profit-seeking cost-cutting at the expense of the customer.

Worst delivery service

Worst delivery service. Many lost and broken packages. Delivery delays constant with no contact. No updates no customer service help. Overpriced service for bad business practice.
