Secondly, we have to admit, that the parcel was held by your country customs for a week, so this also caused the delay of the delivery.

Ordering was fine up until the "is this person over 18?"-routine. Bloody hell... I'm 58 and this thing had me moving back and forth for 10 minutes before it decided I was probably old enough to order.
