I bought a suit from them. I’m a size 12 and bought their voluptuous style. It was unflattering. I emailed them about returning it a couple days later. They allowed a return, but I didn’t realize it was only for a store credit. There website says otherwise, but I guess because I used a promotion it’s only a gift card. Really tired of the anti customer loop holes for a company that already expensive to take advantage of us.

One of the best customer services I have seen! My package was stolen from the delivery company my building uses, and although it was not Monday's fault at all, they were incredibly understanding and kind. They sent me a replacement, no questions asked.

This was my first time ordering from Monday Swimwear, but after this experience, I can confidently say I’m now a loyal customer. Thank you for your professionalism, appreciation, and commitment to excellence.

I absolutely love Monday Swimwear. The quality of their pieces is unlike any other swimwear brand — I’ve had some of their bikinis for over five years and they still look brand new. Recently, I had an issue with a piece I purchased, and their customer care team was incredible. It was honestly the fastest and kindest response I’ve ever received from a brand.

Best swimwear ever and their customer service is even better. I ordered a bunch of items during sale. While I loved them all, some did not fit my body type. I reached out to their customer service and despite no refunds they understood my exceptional situation and promptly offered a return with refund. As a customer, I felt trusted by the brand and I'm so in love that I ended up ordering more after this experience.
Highle recommend to try them! Don't skip on them.

One of my items was cancelled because the item was no longer available therefore for this reason I wanted to cancel the order that I wanted as a set and let me tell you the service was phenomenal and immediate!

customer service is AWFUL. they sent me the wrong bottoms (sent a top instead) and then it was too late to get the bottom as it was sold out. they didn't offer any discount or rush shipping codes. this isn't my first time having problems with their customer service. they make so much money and can't even provide a code when the mistake was on them? SO BAD.

Really disappointed with the exchange policy as an AU customer. Simply want to exchange for a different size but they don’t offer exchanges or honour the price you paid. I was referred by a friend so got 20% off thought they would at least honour that but customer service were really uninterested and unhelpful. To get a different size I would have to refund the item and get back $68 after fees to then buy the other size and pay $122 with new shipping etc. Crazy to just get the same item in a different size. Super disappointed as I love the pieces but wouldn’t order again.

I never received my order, and the company has refused to refund or send a replacement. Thankfully, my credit card company reimbursed, but I’m appalled at the complete lack of customer service and accountability on Monday Swimwear’s part.

Literally the worst. Everything that came was either too big or small and the quality is not what it should be for the price. The customer service team responds quickly, but their return policy is HORRIBLE. I got $400 worth of product and they would only issue me a store credit!!!!! BEWARE!!! Go LITERALLY anywhere else!!!

I currently own three Monday Swimwear bikinis and I’m extremely happy with the quality, design, and fit. They’re incredibly flattering, whether you’re slim or curvy.
I’ll definitely be buying more! 🥥

horrific, from the quality of the swimwear to the complete lack of customer service. you can only reach out via email. the swimwear lacks lining and runs extremely small despite the size guide. save your money and shop in person elsewhere.

I love love their stuff! It’s so comfy and cozy. I normally can’t wear halter tops for long as it hurts my neck! I can wear the Palma crinkle tops and bottoms forever!

The bikinis are great but the customer service is horrendous. Getting a reply takes ages and getting a refund is difficult. I've bought in the US and abroad, customer service makes the experience very difficult and I hesitate to purchase again. Seems like they're not focused on customer experience.
