After I moved to Paris and had found an apartment I needed to get the financing sorted out. My original mortgage broker let me down stating that he isn’t able to find a bank and we were running out of time. That’s when the guys from Monconseiller AI entered the playing field. They were recommended to me especially because my French is by far not good enough for negotiating with banks. We set up a first call, some messages and I had my first appointment with a bank within days. Those guys are fast, they are prepared and they’re 100% behind your project. Every (dumb) question I had was immediately answered, which for me was nice and important, because I’m not familiar with the French housing market.
So all in all a very professional, focused and pleasant experience that I can highly recommend especially for non-French people or if you’re not sure about the French housing/banking market.
