I have pad £90 and did not recieve my product it seems it a fraud since many people complained i dont pay on line anymore only cash or card on delivery

I bougt boots 16. october 2020 and you took the money same day but I have not receivet anything from you boots or mails what happens?

Still waiting for my shoes,no email to confirm order, but still took money from account

The money is withdraw from my account but I haven’t received my shoes😡

Received sandals on 16 Sep, but need to return them as too big. No paperwork included with parcel and nothing on website which explains process of return nor any contact details for the company. Have sent two e.mails and had no response. Very disappointing customer service.

I ordered some sandals from you, value of £27.00, and they still have not arrived. You were however pretty quick at taking the money out of my account though!
Perhaps if you’d be kind enough to get in touch and let me know what has happened to my shoes.

I have not received my bag, but they have withdrawn my money. Do not ever by anything from that shop.

Ordered a pr of pink and grey sneakers for my friend £27 I think with postage , advertising on Facebook a lot although I haven’t seen since ordering, although in the end I thought omg it was a scam and not only have I lost her money but also going to have to reimburse her , anyway they turned up in a plastic bag , and then find out M&M selling them for £5 , never again Rubbish

Sorry to read others comments about this company. I too paid for shoes. Didnt hear a thing. This is the 2nd time over last few months where I've been scammed. Never happened b4. Lets not forget there are still many good people out there. 'If you live by the sword, you die by the sword'. In other words, if you mislead, mistreat, or lack integrity you will always lack reaching your full potential as a human being.

Ordered and paid for shoes end May and still nothing received so have come to the conclusion they are a bogus company. They have also rebranded and come up as selling jewellery now. Don't touch them with a bargepole. Very disappointed and fuming.

I have at last received my shoes after weeks of waiting, they are too big and there was absolutely nothing else enclosed so I have no idea about how to return them, i’ve not seen them advertising since I bought my shoes which says it all, avoid this company at all costs.

Like other reviewers still waiting for £26.90 bag ordered 3rd Feb, not received. Would like to think they were genuine but having grave doubts. Barbara
