Informed of when shipments were coming…. And they came on time.
Also, if I did not need a particular product when the schedule said I did, Marcelle gladly rescheduled the shipment.

The customer service is awful

The customer service is awful, waiting weeks for a refund. Weeks of chasing on web chat to get a label to return the items that I had an allergic reaction to. No communication in between to say that they’ve received the package two weeks ago to only then issue to refund when you finally get onto the web chat to chase for it.
The products made me itchy.
