I don't know where all the good reviews are coming from! Lost over $25,000 in less than a month so many issues. Lets start with the inconsiderable customer services that barely attend to your needs, To the inaccurate sales process which is very misleading and eventually cause losses for you!!!! my losses would have stayed as losses if I didn't report through my name sec tion about my situation. I believe Monarch can do better! but right now they're nothing to write home about!!!!

I hope everyone realizes by now that together, MCI and NTX, as partners, is running a full fledged scam that began on Day 1. If you participated during the test phase and was granted permission to be on the dedicated WhatsApp page, you would immediately notice how people were claiming to make thousands of dollars on each trade and they were going to max out credit cards, take out loans, etc and put every dollar they had into their account. If you were an actual trader, you were not able to comment on this page. The people commenting were bots and had no account with MCI/NTX. The main goal was to have everyone think they were making money, then eventually sign a contract and have a minimum account of $50k. Upon entering a contract and depositing at least $50k, the ability to withdraw funds is significantly reduced. It would not surprise me if I read in the news later on that both MCI and NTX have been shut down and with multiple lawsuits pending.

Depositing funds is straightforward, but withdrawing can be challenging. When issues arise, the customer service seems unresponsive and often offers promotions that don't address the problem. Unfortunately, they rarely resolve any concerns. It feels like the system is designed to make it difficult for users, with the money flowing only one way—from your bank to theirs. If you're considering investing, it may not be the best choice for a fair and transparent experience. So Monarch... if you read this.. expecting a nice Ayr'Lp cased filed against you.

Stay vigilant and safe with online e-loan scams.

They be hella scamming! Y’all wanna know what’s funny? They had this whole beta test a couple weeks ago and the assistant Mia said we just have to return the 500$ of test funds they gave us and the profit is ours to keep. Fast forward two weeks later the test is over, the profits as well as my own money is restricted and my account was frozen due to me trying to withdraw the funds. They said the profit was made from their test funds and they had the right to restrict any withdraw unless I put up to 5k in the account to continue to trade with them. After the test the trade signals were still coming and out of nowhere they made a private telegram group and those with 5K or more could join the group. If you don’t have 5K you’ll eventually be kicked out and NTX will freeze your account not letting you log in if you proceed to withdraw your OWN FUNDS. Had many back and forth with customer service and Mia, but in the end it all circles back to putting in more money and trading on some plan with them in order to withdraw your own funds. THIS IS 100% a scam don’t even entertain them. If you are involved just run for the hills.

Scammers!! The ppl in the group are fake. They make you to deposits into their platform then you won’t be available to cash out. They will lock you and then you won’t be available to cash out your funds. Don’t follow in their trap. Report them.

RUN AWAY!!! Should have listened to my intuition and done more research before committing any money. This company is a FRAUD and will deceive you. They will give you advice regarding crypto and where the stock market is headed which is all good. The scam begins after you give them your money and sign a contract (if that wasn’t a sign right there). Not only can’t you have your money until the contract is up (because they will be long gone by then), that’s not even the big issue. Both Monarch Capital and Neptune Trade X where you have to conduct the trade signal they provide have only been established for a few months (despite their false claims in multiple web articles that all were published around the same time and released by them). Feel free to look at the official documentation with the state of CA. The most telling part is the people running the show are not real either. Their profile pictures were stolen from the web like they will steal your money. Both Robert and Jay are fake as well as their assistant Mia. It’s all the same group of people running this SCAM which seems to be from China. “Robert’s” profile picture and what is on the Monarch Capital website can easily be found on the web since this person is a model. Then “Jay” is actually a well known YouTube streamer named Crypto Will. This is all easily verifiable with a little bit of research. Like I said, RUN AWAY!!! This is not real despite how badly you want it to be. For the record, I personally know multiple people who have been SCAMMED by these people and are now aware of the same information I shared here. Unfortunately, it was all received a little too late so please don’t make the same mistake we all did.

100% a SCAM…DO NOT listen to them or their reviews. Both Monarch Capital and NTX are fake and will steal your money. That’s the only guarantee you’ll get. Everyone is not who they say they are. All profiles are fake as well as people in the group. They will keep making positive posts in order to build credibility don’t fall for it and walk away. Remember if it’s too good to be true, it probably is.

Something fishy going on here. They have a What’s App group where they discuss some sound investment and market advice. Then they pepper in exact buy/sell signals on a cryptocurrency only found on Quantum Ledger ("QL") exchange. They send you a link to this exchange. The exchange is not on Google Play, although they disguise the link to make it appear that it is. Monarch encourages you to buy into that exchange (based on the stellar performance of their trading signals). If you do not promise to add thousands to the QL account, you are removed from the group. I have over $600 in my QL account, but they refuse to release it. The instructor's assistant insists there's nothing she can do ("you idiot"). I have pages of dialog with QL Support telling me to basically f*** off, instructing me to make specific currency trades (or I will never see my money). I have screenshots of my wallet showing the funds, but they just taunt and deny my withdrawal instructions. SCAM
