Can anyone tell me why, after Phil Vincent said several times that the STS certification was a great source of leads for Real Estate Agents, he then, after Module 6 of the STS certification training, made statements that you should never let the family of the people you are hoping to help know that you are a Realtor. Are you all Realtors? I have been a Realtor for 38 years, and that seems dishonest. He also said for the first time that if we want referrals, we need to buy the houses, or the facilities would not be inclined to refer us business.
I am 70, very empathetic, and not looking to buy houses in my area that will need updating. Please let me know your thoughts. Something is true, and something is false.
