I have to admit I did not do my homework about this company and I thought they shipped from New York.
There is no place on their website about where to return the item. The good piece of news is they responded to my email promptly, however the shipping label shows California but returns need to go to Bangkok. Not worth it!!
Ordered a pair boots. They never arrived. I contacted them. They told me the boots were not available. I got a refund. But only partial. Now I’m chasing them for the balance. I would not recommend this company because they can’t fulfill an order, they don’t contact you to let you know, you have to chase them down and once you ask for a refund they send you part of it. Feels like a scam to me. I regret having given in to the online advertising and ordering from them in the first place.
