Fails to act on proof of illegal work until you cite the 'Magic Words' to bypass their scripted reps
I am updating this review to reflect that Momnt has finally reopened my dispute, though only after I bypassed their front-line representatives to reach a supervisor.
My experience was defined by a total lack of transparency. Despite providing municipal records from the City of Plano proving the merchant performed unpermitted, illegal work, Momnt’s front-line staff repeatedly told me to 'talk to the merchant' and provided no updates on the case. It was only after I reached a supervisor and said magic words "FTC Holder Rule" (16 CFR Part 433) that the tone changed.
It has become clear that I’ve had to start my own investigation and do their job for them. It is unacceptable that a consumer must perform 100% of the investigative work and cite federal law just to get a lender to acknowledge a code-violating installation.

It was nice and a gratifying feeling to be serviced by Jay. He is a "people person". He is tactful; possessed a friendly and respectful attitude dealing and talking with customers. He takes time to explain every detail of your questions and concerns. He gives you the feeling that "you", his customer, is his reason to be there and to help the best he could is his very existence in the company.
