Original review was an exaggeration on my part. I was called shortly after I sent the review. All good for now.

CHC course is filled with grammatical and formatting errors that will make you question the accuracy of the information provided.

Their "flash cards" are a joke.

I shared concerns with customer support. I never asked for a refund or anything of the like.

The response I got simply stated "Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry that you are dissatisfied with the course" along with instructions on how to cancel my subscription.

They didn't bother to apologize for the mistakes or anything.

When I pointed out the poor customer service response, they canceled my account (without my consent).

I would not use this service if I were you. STEER CLEAR!

They never send me the Books

The questions are many times poorly worded. Several grammatical errors. Also several answers are plain wrong. Other answers are marked wrong in the answer guide. It's not terrible but be careful. For the money I would expect a better review before publishing. Will not buy again and do not recommend.

With that said it did make me question them and research the correct answer which was valuable.

I would not use this for studying for the EPPP!! The questions were wayy easier than they should have been, the information was way too vague and was missing a lot of critical information, and they just recycle the same questions over and over again in practice tests, so you are just memorizing their answers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Though the tests were difficult, they more than prepared me for taking the CPHQ exam. I passed with a high score - 727/800.

I had two weeks to prep for HESI A2 nursing school entrance exam. Upon taking the pre-test my scores were ok but not good. After spending two weeks prepping with the course, I took the test and excelled and scored in the 90th percentile on all sections. Mometrix did that for me. HIGHLY recomended

I love mometrix with all my heart it helped me for my PERT for all 3 sections. When I first did my tests I failed all 3 but after watching their videos I passed the writing and reading sections, this was all thanks to their videos, they explain everything in a great way and its easy to understand #lovemometrix

This review guide was not for the MCOLES licensing exam. I’m sure this test review was applicable to pre police academy study. I couldn’t use it to study for the MCOLES test.

This is only for the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Certification Test Prep. TBH about 90% of the information is excessive and is not useful for passing the test. They give you a 150 question pre-test and 4 150 question practice tests. For my particular test bank only about 50/750 questions could be used to extrapolate or infer answers from for about 20% of my test. The format for the test was changed last September and the reason why I purchased the program was because they said they had updated content to reflect the new test. I found that this was not the case. For instance, the section on cultural competence of the test was very specific in terms of how certain behaviors of certain cultures during interview and assessment should be interpreted by the nurse. None of these nuances were delineated in the study guide which just gave a broad sense of only a few behaviors such as handshakes, a general guide to eye contact, and spacing. I found this pattern to be true for most of the information for review content. A few of the test questions on the practice exam were a little more specific, but nothing like the questions that were on the actual exam. I used the study guide for 2 months, paid $150, and it was useful for only 20% of my test. Not worth it IMO. My experience at work was the most useful and really the 20% that was related were things that most people could guess because it was pretty obvious to anyone with even basic nursing knowledge.

Mometrix was so helpful! I passed my PTCE yesterday after using Mometrix for a month! I needed some customer service help because I forgot to cancel my subscription, and they responded immediately and were so helpful and kind! So grateful for Mometrix! It is a great study tool! I will definitely be using it again in the future!

I am writing today to let all the students know that I passed my exam today! 01/16/2025 Thank God, this was my 5th time taking this exam, yes 5th time! If you are studying for the NCMHCE exam and you have failed on your first time or 5th time taking the exam, do not give up. I actually took this exam 4 times on my 5th attempt I passed today. My previous attempts were failures and I felt embarrassed, scared, hopeless and even doubted myself at one point in my preparation for this exam. I had heard from other people that this was an easy exam and it is not please believe me. I took this course the counselingexam.com course 3 times and I took the Mometrix online course twice a and finally I studied the Pocket prep online course for the NCMHCE exam. Pocket prep broke down each section of the NCMHCE exam and it has a mock exam. All Three of these online programs together helped me tremendously. I feel I learned something from all 3 of these online programs. Make sure however that you give yourself at least 2-3 weeks of uninterrupted study time to prepare for this exam. Please believe me, this exam is not easy and it will take your entire focus to pass this exam. But today I passed and now you know that if you fail on your first try you can still come back in 30 days with a good approach and PASS this exam. I believe in you and now you can believe in yourself too.

Questions were similar to what was on the CPEN. Study guide is an easy read and broken down well though mostly used this as a review to freshen up on areas I wanted to review. It’s hard to find CPEN practice exams so I’m glad I used this before my test. I also used them before my TCRN and CEN exams as well. Was able to just review questions that were wrong and look at rationales for the correct answer

I took a sPHR course at GSO college, purchased study guides, and paid for the 20-question practice exam through HRCI and still failed. Hundreds wasted!!! Bought Mometrix's study guide and passed with flying colors. Don't waste your money on all of the expensive courses, just buy Mometrix's study guide! It will teach you everything you need to know.
