Ordered £192 of clothing 10th may. Absolutely no contact appart from confirming the order. Money has been taken out of my account. After several emails and attempts at calls still no luck. Shame really, good quality trousers , just a rip off company. Avoid like the plague

I made a mistake of size on my order, impossible to joint anybody. They don't reply to emails. Returning item is impossible because there is no return form available on the website. They say it is on the FAQ page but this page doesn't exist on the website. I did receive my order but can't exchange it or get a refund.

As you can see, no response from Molecule. I take this as an admission of guilt.

These people don't own Molecule, they are resellers. I am going to Thailand later this year and will be visiting the parent company while I am there to put them in the picture of how this outlet behaves to it's customers.

Same experience as Stefan Rennick-Egglestone in December 2024 and all the other completely justified 'One Star' reviews.

I believed I was ordering from a UK website as the title 'Molecule dot UK' suggested and was shocked at the import duty. Enough to buy another pair of trousers. I took them to task on the clarity of their website, and it was a task.

Eventually, they capitulated and one Oliver Sehested agreed that they had some work to do on the clarification side. Making it clear that one is ordering from outside the EU instead of hiding the fact at the bottom of the page in the small text. He even offered a code for a very generous discount.

However, when we tried to use the code. It would not work. Nor did selecting our UK address work. Nor did we get any replies to emails, either to Oliver or 'support'. Nor did we get any response on social media channels. They went completely dark.

But they have fixed their website. It is no longer misleading. But rather than making things clearer, they have renamed the site 'Molecule dot EU' and removed the ability to purchase from the UK. They have effectively locked out the UK and refuse to respond to any communication.

I would say that I refuse to shop there again. But I couldn't if I wanted to.

I ordered £147.50 worth of clothing, and then received a bill for £68 of tax and charges.

Whilst I expected to pay some import tax, the rate that has been charged seems far too high, and so my belief is that their calculation is incorrect.

I've emailed their customer services three times, and tried to contact them through their website, but no reply whatsoever, to any form of contact.

Its a shame, because their clothing is of an excellent quality, but failing to respond to any email or website contact is terrible.

Ordering three pairs of Molecule shorts in August 2024, for the sum of UKP140 and after paying a further UKP7 for shipping, I was surprised to be presented an additional and unreferenced demand for UKP 85.96 on the later arrival of the goods in the UK. This, so it was stated, being for, 'fees and taxes.'

Thinking it to be a scam, I emailed the Molecule Clothing (DK) support services at their indicated email. This on three separate occasions to ascertain the legitimacy of the charges ? Noting, however, Molecule Clothing (DK) chose not to respond to any of my enquiries and, as a learnt, I was confronted with the choice of fulfilling the request, or losing the order.

The product incidentally is excellent, although Molecule Clothing (DK) remain of questionable commercial integrity. Such charges could have been readily identified to the customer at the time of placing the order. The customer could, with this information, then have made an informed decision on whether, or not, to proceed ? That emails to the support service remain unresponded is also unfortunate.

The best clothing store on God’s green earth. I can not wear anything but tactical/ baggy clothes now…. as soon as I go back to jeans or regular-fit-anything, I become irritated with how restrictive the outfit feels. The comfy combat pants in particular are incredible: spacey, stylish, sizeable pockets that can fit my shovel-hands comfortably and enough of them to make any woman want to wear this instead of carrying a purse around, some 10 different colours and patterns to go with it. I quite literally won’t wear anything other than molecule gear. Worth every penny, the only thing I won’t pay for is their t-shirts since I’m not too picky about comfort where my torso’s concerned and theirs are pretty expensive. Other than that, I have 6 pairs of their comfy combats and not only am I covered for nearly 2 weeks by wearing each pair twice, but I have a pair to go with any other item in my wardrobe, allowing me to whip up some pretty dope looking outfits, mixing and matching to my heart’s content. I pray to God this store never closes and continues to supply me with awesome gear for fair prices. Thanks 🧨

Saw these clothes on Facebook, had pretty good reviews and looked to be a good product. So, checked out the site and made a purchase. Bought 3 pairs of trousers because the company was offering 10% off if the spend was over £150. I was reassured by the claim they make that returns can be completed in 5 easy steps, also that shipping would be free if £150 was spent. All looked fair and good. Then at the point of payment Molecule charged an additional £6 for shipping. later on when the goods were due to be delivered by UPS I got a message stating I would need to pay a whopping £83 in excise and handling charges! I re-checked the site, on Molecules shipping policy it does say that customers should check for additional customs charges but it gives no indication for the scale of these. Anybody looking at the site is not directed to these pages at any point during the process either, you have to go looking. I complained to the company and have received a number of slightly surly responses, one of which implied that it was my fault for not reading the shipping policy thoroughly enough. Molecule know that any excise will be charged on a purchase of over 135 euros, so why do they encourage GB buyers to spend over £150? The claims of 'Free shipping' and 'easy returns' are completely untrue. If I do return my purchase then they have told me that I will be charged excise again and they will deduct this from the refund! So that would be £160 away from the £200 I paid in good faith. What on earth do you do if the goods don't fit or there is a problem with quality?Steer well away from this company if buying from the UK. I am going to report my experience to trading standards.

I ordered 3 pairs of shorts 26th August, I didn't realise I'd have to pay customs charge which was very high (my bad for not looking up import laws etc I guess). I spoke to customer services who explained the charges and also noticed the customs fees were too high so I'd be refunded a small amount. I paid the customs fees last week and since then all my emails are being ignored, my package is in limbo and not being delivered. I've had no updates from molecule or UPS.

Ordered some cargo pants and a t-shirt. Great quality. I decided though that I would return the t-shirt as it didn't fit right only to be told it would cost more for me to send it back as we are now outside the EU and that I'd be better off selling it. Not their fault but if you're buying from the UK make sure it's the right style and size it you'll be stuck with clothes you don't want.

Just bought a pair of cargo pants and a pair of cargo shorts from Molecule having seen an advert pop on Facebook. Very pleased with the quality and dispatch time (from Denmark to UK).

The clothes are comfortable, appear hard-wearing and are stylish too. I've just ordered another pair of shorts (hoping for summer weather soon).

We have been informed that UPS charge you 61,45 GBP ( 12 GBP is for the UPS handling) for your order . The charge seeems right to us. When you shop for more than 135 GBP youll have to pay taxes for UK.
We cant refund you since we havent got the order back. Be aware that its costly to reject or return items from UK to DK since UK is no longer in the EU.
You might not get much back in your refund if you return it since reimport and shipping is almost just as expencive…….no mention of this at checkout…UPS driver wanted £61 off me for a £130 order…so wouldn’t except delivery and now they are trying to scam me on a refund, re-import taxes on undelivered/returned goods are zero….disgraceful behaviour…having to chargeback through my bank...avoid like the plague

Good Quality and long lasting like other reviews say. Ups aren’t a good delivery company as they leave signed your goods on your doorstep but they are a separate delivery service and apologised with postage refund. Good company buy stuff.you can fit loads of cans in the pockets

Pants are fantastic, customer service is not. As a repeat customer, I tried to use a complimentary coupon that was sent for anything on the site. When I tried to use the coupon it wouldn't let me. I contacted customer service and asked if I was entering the code incorrectly and was told that the item was low in stock and to choose something else. No other option to rectify the situation at all. I have decided not to pursue any other shopping with molecule due to zero appreciation for repeat customers. So, buyer beware.

Always wary of ordering from an advert on Instagram however service was great to U.K. Orange cargo shorts look and fit great. Decent price. Would definitely look at buying more from Molecule.

The company is legit and the shorts are amazing! I ordered two small fitted men's cargo shorts (orange and navy- for the length) and they fit my female frame 5'6"/120 lb body perfectly! I immediately ordered the tan and olive. The olive only came in the featherweight fabric, which I was unsure of as I loved the construction and fit of the fitted shorts I had previously purchased. They promptly arrived and the featherweight shorts are incredible. They fit just like the fitted, but are indeed lighter weight...perfect for hot summers. I took a chance on this company and they did not disappoint! I have since washed and worn all four pairs and they hold up!

The gear itself is fantastic, seems tough, great features and looks great. But Molecule Denmark let themselves down with their customer service, which is really poor.
I needed to exchange the shorts for a larger size, so tried to use the returns function but kept getting an error message. I’ve emailed twice with no response, and finally have used the chat-bot on the webpage, which has given me the address for returns. I’ve sent the shorts, and wait to see if the return/refund is processed.
I did contact molecule Netherlands to see if they could help and the response could not have been more different, Laura came back to me immediately, full of suggestions, and couldn’t have been more helpful. Unfortunately they are a different branch of the same company, so all she could do was advise, but I’d suggest that Molecule Denmark have a couple of days in the Netherlands and let Laura teach them some decent customer service!

I bought 2 pairs of shorts from Molecule and to be fair they are great. I want to return 1 pair because I dont like the fit but the returns form on the website doesn't work. They have a chatbot which isn't any help and I've had no reply from the customer support email.

was a bit hesitant about ordering some clothes from denmark but glad i did! very cool orange(!) cargo pants that look high quality and will last a long time!

Expensive but worth the price for the quality.

I just really like the item! Feels like excellent quality. Loads of pockets. Lots of adjustment. Nicely high waisted. Very slightly less bright orange in reality than they looked on screen, but still good. I will get loads of use out of these.
