Shipping was fast however parts were missing for the assembly and no instructions were provided.

The Mokwheel Obsidian 2.0 is an impressive e-bike that delivers plenty of torque and speed for trail riding. It feels solid and well-built, and the power delivery is smooth and responsive—especially on flat or moderate terrain. It’s a great bike for cruising dirt paths and light off-road routes where you can really enjoy the motor’s punch and the comfortable ride.

That said, it does struggle a bit on steeper hills, especially if you’re expecting the same level of assist you get on flatter ground. It’ll still get you there, but you’ll likely find yourself helping it along with some extra pedaling.

Overall, the Obsidian 2.0 is a blast to ride and feels like a great value for its performance and quality. It’s a solid 4-out-of-5 from me—powerful, fun, and reliable, just not quite the mountain-climbing beast some riders might expect.

Easy to assemble! Love being able to get out and ride a bike again. No more knee pain because of the assist and when I get tired I can go full electric. My husband was so impressed with mine he bought one too!

I received great technical support regarding doing a repair of my bike. Ordering parts was easy.

I just read their troubleshooting guide, and did as asked and within 30 minutes the issue was diagnosed and parts sent. Very fast, very easy and very helpful. Great bikes

Ordering was straight forward and easy. I enjoy riding the bike. At first it took getting used to the weight of the bike, but I found myself able to get used to it in a short time. Look forward to many years riding my Tor Plus!

The bike is excellent. Their customer service is not. Our first experience with getting assistance using our points went back and forth for over a week to find out we can only use our points on a bike. Our second experience with getting bolts to attach our rear rack was frustrating. They asked for pictures of the bike and the equipment. We were asked to look in the box again for the bolts. Then was told it was a warranty claim. I am confused as to why 4 bolts is so hard to replace. I’m not sure if I would buy from this company again.

My Mokwheel Obsidian arrived well packed in a shipping box. Assembled it with no major problems.

My wife and I are generally happy with the bikes. I got the Obsidian and she got the Basalt ST. We each got a kit of add-ons and we got a child seat that mounts onto the rear rack.
The actual performance and power of the bikes has been great and they are really fun to ride.
The assembly was tedious and pretty time consuming to do at home without a bike stand, but manageable if you are handy. The assembly instructions that came with the bike were not very helpful, but there were some videos we found on the website that got us across the finish line. The child seat was not compatible with the rear rack that came on the Basalt, and the Obsidian did not come with a rear rack (even though the add-on package included a saddle-bag for one...) The instructions for operating the controls were almost non existent and I had to find a youtube video to figure out how to access the settings menu since it was not very intuitive.

Almost had to use a power saw to remove from the box. Also scratches the bike cutting off the zip ties that were enormous and fastened way too tight on the bike. Not a great customer experience.

I really like the ride of the bike and many of its features, but I'd like to start with the issues I have had.
First, we have friends who have purchased Mokwheel bikes and liked them. They bought their bike from a local Authorized Mokwheel dealer. After debating and researching for several weeks, my wife and I decided we would at least go for a test ride on the Basalt model. Part of this research involved examining the Mokwheel website and confirming that we would be purchasing from an authorized dealer. During this research, we discovered that they were offering a special: a wagon/trailer or a bike rack if you bought two bikes and that there would be a Rewards Program for purchases, which included providing an email address and sharing Mokwheel on various media platforms. This Rewards Program allowed customers to earn points for purchases, including accessories. After we both test rode the bikes, we decided to purchase them with the idea that we would get the bikes that day, and then use our points to get the accessories. I then contacted Mokwheel Support, and they stated that they didn't believe points would be rewarded since we had not ordered the bike from them and I needed to contact the Market Department. After numerous emails, I have yet to receive a response, which is very disappointing.

As for the bike itself, the bell is not very audible and does not provide an adequate warning signal. Additionally, the display screen should be larger, considering the bike's price.
My wife's bell has already come off and been lost after just a few rides.

My friend and I purchased the basalt mokwheel bike and we love it. The only issue we have is the bracket that holds the speedometer screen was cheaply designed. Both of ours broke where the screws go in. We recommend your bike to everyone we talk to, but warn them about this part. Other than that excellent bike.

Believe me when I say I looked at a lot of e-bikes before I chose the Mokwheel Obsidian... it is the best decision I ever made. I am so very happy and impressed with this bike... I have had an opportunity to put it through the paces and it's a real crowd pleaser. I highly recommend this e-bike to all you enthusiasts out there

I’ve ridden my Mokwheel Obsidian for over 700 km now and I’m very satisfied with the bike. Everything works flawlessly, and I haven’t experienced any issues with its performance. The only problem was a defective charger, which Mokwheel replaced quickly and without hassle. Great praise for their competent and friendly support team!
