Mokken Bedrukken Reviews

Made various designs for various mug-shapes in one order and it was all very well executed. Chat function and mail was responded to within minutes.
The mugs are good quality and they were shipped well packaged and secured. The box that held them was itself placed in another patted box.
Will use this company again. I had ceramic mugs and the emaille ones. I used .png format instead of .jpg so the mug could be transparant in parts of the image.

I ordered 2 mugs with a print within a couple of months. Both meant as a surprise present to colleagues, delivered to their address.
One arrived fine and looks nice.

Second mug arrived broken. It was not packed well at all. After complaining at the customer service the reply was: broken mugs have to be reported within 2 days.

There is no way this would be possible as we want to keep the surprise to report it within 2 days.

2 days! Any normal webshop I gives you least 2 weeks to report any problems with your order.
