BEWARE!!!

BEWARE!!!! This company made several unauthorized charges to my credit card during the Christmas season. ($149 x3!!!)
I was only able to get 2 of 3 charges back. I blocked them first, but they still made charges! I had to cancel my card! I contacted support, but they refused to issue my final credit because I disputed charges from my bank. They stole my money!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! PULL IT TOGETHER MOJO

Rubbish company- horrible customer service (only 9am-5pm in USA when they are a worldwide company). I am from Australia... I was on the phone trying to work out how to get my money back after being charged twice and still have no product- I was redirected unsuccessfully 3 times and then the phone cuts out mid conversation! A voice says "you may contact us between the hours of 9am and 5pm 5 days per week." My frustration is through the roof.

If you have an international company you need support for people more than 1 hour per day places outside USA ITS 10AM in AUSTRALIA!!! And at least just find a way for us poor people to finish our conversation. I have no doubt this same thing happens every day.

This whole website construction is enough to get your head around.. Dealing with people like this is actually the last thing you need. Please give me back my USD59 x 2

Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I was gonna purchase a WordPress Theme. I reach the payment page, fill in my info and press "process payment." However, I receive this note saying the address don't match that of the card owner; which is fine.

I quickly change this up, typing in the correct one and go on to process payment again. This time my card is declined. The theme costs $59, and that amount had been drawn from my account, and still I found myself on the payment page? There's not a trace of the theme I purchased under 'my purchases' so I go on to contact them to find out where my money went and whether I could receive the theme I apparently paid for.

I explained the issue, and I received only the things I already knew. "There is no purchase." Yeah, no kidding, I just told you it never went through. My issue is the fact that you still drew money for the purchase that never went through. So I try a different approach and send them a screenshot from my bank account, showing the transaction.

Same thing. "There is no purchase, contact your bank"

So I did. I was told MOJO Marketplace had booked those $59 and they gave me an authorization code to help track down the transaction.

So I go on to send this code to them: "We can't help you until there is a purchace." HOW many times do you expect me to explain that THERE IS NO PURCHASE because it never even went through.

Currently waiting for their response to my previous mail where I did indeed let them know how I was feeling about their service, so we'll see if I even get my money back or get the theme I paid for. But the customer service is still the absolute worst I've ever received.

A brand that TRULY cares for their customers... Get your themes from another website folks. Envato Market, for example, works GREAT. I should've just stuck to that one, though the MOJO was linked on my WordPress so I figured it was just as good.

UPDATE: They never even bothered to reply. My rating still stands. Lesson is learned: always do your research before ordering something from ANY site, no matter the reliable source recommending them.

Wasted 60 for a scrap theme! Bad customer service!

Wasted 60 f*kng dollars for a theme! I didn't install it and talked to the customer service since their theme aint workin good lot of bugs. And yeah purchased it for just few hours (few hours, not more than 10) and I asked for a refund! They said its in their policy for 30 f*ng days bruh! Just few hours! Never waste your money!

Don’t purchase here!!

Don’t purchase here!!! I don’t usually leave reviews, but I am so disgusted with how I have been treated by this company. I went in purchasing a theme from them only to get the run around when the downloaded file I received was corrupted. In order to get this theme uploaded I had to have the developers do it. Then the salesperson gave me the impression that I was getting premium plugins only to find out that I got the free plugins uploaded by developers. I would never have purchased something that I could have done so easily myself. Beware watch your back with this company they will try to steal you blind.
