My original order arrived very quickly, but I realised I had forgotten to select the darker grey tint for the lenses. After calling customer service, they reassured me that if I returned the items promptly, they would update the lenses and send them back out via next-day delivery.
I’ve now received the corrected order, and the entire turnaround was completed within just four working days of placing the original order — which is nothing short of outstanding service.
Thank you so much for sorting my mistake so efficiently. Highly recommended!

I phoned them for advice as I was scared I might get the measurements wrong. Previously I had bought some glasses on line and they didn’t work for me so was a bit scared! A different company I may add. I had a relative who had just used them and was very pleased with them so I took the plunge and was very happy with what I ordered.arrived within 5 days just in time for my holiday.
