Ordered over a month ago and haven’t received emailed them a few weeks ago go reply thy were shipping in the 1st of July and still nothing !

Very disappointed 🤦‍♀️ Waiting for an email for refund !! NO CONTACT NUMBER NOTHING

Sad to see it’s happening to alot of us

No communication, took my money and I haven't received product or a message back to say I will be refunded , terrible company

If there was an option for No Star rating… I’d use it. Placed and order & paid full price of $79.02 on 17 April 2022 and received a confirmation an order was made. Since then I’ve followed up via email and DMs on Instagram - no response. No tracking numbers …. NOTHING. Horrible to read all over FB and other reviews it’s happening to many others. Definitely a company out here ripping people off

I wouldn’t recommend buying from them to anyone. Zzzzzzzz

I ordered two packs on 23/04/22. I received a reply that day advising that they were getting my order ready to be shipped.

I followed this up on 28/04/22 and received a reply that they are receiving 1000+ emails a day and are trying their best to reply as fast as they can amongst the current COVID outbreak across NZ. Their communication lines will be heavily delayed in getting back to you but we do promise to get back as soon as possble.

I emailed on 02/05/22 as I was wanting them before Mother's Day that weekend - no reply.

I emailed on 04/05/22 asking for a contact number so I can find out how long it would be - no reply.

I emailed on 06/05/22 (Friday) requesting a refund as it was Mother's Day that Sunday and still no word. I was totally frustrated by then and just wanted my money back and confirmation of the same either by telephone call to my mobile or reply email - no response.

I emailed on 09/05/22 again requesting a refund and a reply - nothing.

I emailed on 10/05/22 - still waiting for a reply.

I am extremely angry and disappointed with their service - poor communication.

I can't believe I am still waiting for a reply and my refund!!!

I don't know what else to do as they do not provide a contact number, only an email address...

Placed an order with Moist Popo Buns a Month ago now & finally received an email a few days ago with a tracking number. For some reason when I click the tracking number received in the email, it takes me to the couriers website and would say “No track or trace found”. This was on going for atleast another week, so I contacted the courier company to double check & they got back to me to say the tracking number I received from Moist Popo does not exist? I’ve emailed the company asking for a refund & have not received any response. Im quite disappointed as the hype for Moist Popo Buns was 🔥🔥🔥 But now I really don’t get the hype.

I ordered on the 18th Jan 2022 and used afterpay. I have not received any confirmation or verification of my order. I have emailed them info@moistpopobuns 5 times with no response. I have let a message on Instagram and comment on FB, still no response. I have searched for a contact information, nothing. I'm not going to stop, cause I still have to pay. Sadly afterpay cant stop the payments, so Moistpopobuns is still taking my money. DON'T TRUST THEM THEY ARE THIEVES!!

Shipping and communication one of the worse I have ever experienced with a business. Tried multiple avenues to get updates on my order and failed to get through until I had to demand answers via their Facebook page. I wouldn’t recommend due to the fact that you never know if you’ll receive your order that you’ve paid for or much later than expected.

Would have loved to try this product but unfortunately after 3 weeks of waiting for confirmation or tracking information, I've given up trying to contact the team for more information and a refund. Great idea, maybe they just need admin support for their next pre order. Didn't receive the product I paid for.

I haven’t received my very first order from this business. No update for shipping and tracking number. I am very disappointed and a waste of money. I have always wanted to purchase to make some Pani popo and now my thoughts has changed.

The buns are delicious, however, the service of this business is an embarrassment. I won a promotion giveaway for a years supply of moistpopo packs on 12/09/2020. My partner spoke to Lana to confirm shipping, month later I follow up with Jess to be told Lana went on ML and she will update me that Friday. No update since and it has been 3 months pretty much. No more replies to my email thread and stopped replying to my instagram DMS. Nothing at all and still following up. How embarrassing as a pacific business. Use someone to support them through promotions and cant uphold their end of the bargain

Ordered well over a wk ago for x2 boxes. Haven't heard anything from them. I tried following up on my order and their website is down and they aren't accepting orders right now. Trying to chase my refund but I'm not getting replies to my emails or IG dms.

Ordered early to post them out for Xmas to family overseas but aweek later got an email to say parcel got lost and need to wait 2weeks to reorder while they move and restock but by then it will be too late. Review is 2.5 stars for delivery/service. I will reorder just for me and will review for taste.

I'm sure last time I ordered I got the baking tray with it. So was a bit gutted that I paid full price and that was missing. Because straight after I order it a deal came up for 35% off? I had ordered them for my friend whose mother passed away and thought he might want them to feed his whanau. They are still tasty as and amazing product.

Amazing! Shipped really quickly and carefully packaged with instructions so simple that anyone can make them! Super fluffy and delicious! They were a hit in my household! AAA+
