Bought some expensive crayons from this website as it was advertised to have some safety feature where the crayons have holes on the middle in case of choking, it was meant to have some coating on it to prevent dirty hands, all that jazz. When I received the crayons it was just some ordinary crayons that were smudged against each other and the pot was dirty and it looked nothing like the photos let alone have any safety features. I asked for a refund as the product I received was not what was advertised and the reply I got was so bs basically saying it is as advertised… and then I replied again saying they are clearly lying and I got no replies every again. I bought the crayons for $40 but they are easily $2 in craft shops.

Not at all as advertised. Took much longer to arrive than initially told, then the item is not remotely as described. Cheap nasty rubbish not suitable for baby as advertised and not worth anywhere near the amount I paid.

Ordered by accident from an ad. What I received was total and utter garbage.

They are scammer taking money. They dont give you the delivery

I placed an order with Moisland on the 06/12/25, I have yet to receive my order, so I contacted KLARNA to stop payment on the order. I contacted Moisland via email on the 22/12/25 to let them know that I have been in contact with KLARNA to stop payments, I received no answer back from them until the 23/12/25 they decided to send me a very rude email, telling me that my payment wasn’t much anyway (which I now thank God for).

I have been in contact with KLARNA and explained to them about the nasty email, which by the way I have sent Moisland back a similar email to the one they have sent to me. This company is a whole scam and should be reported, named and shamed, so if there is some innocent person out there planning on buying from them DO NOT do it they’re a set of thieves posing as legitimate.
