"High quality" sofa is NOT high quality at all. Very bad experience with this company
We bought a Cali sofa in March 2023, which was advertised as "high quality". It's not even a year after, and their "high quality" sofa is completely damaged and worn out after minimal use. The back pillows are of horrible quality, the seat pillows are worn out and it's like sitting on a piece of wood, and the sofa squeaks after every small movement. Customer service is not helpful at all, we've been waiting and waiting and nothing is happening. I do not recommend buying from this company.

We have bought a sofa and dinning…
We have bought a sofa and dinning table. Both are good and with nice quality. Of course its too early to say how it is going to be given that we just started using, but order came in sooner than expected. For now we are very happy with the quality. Will try to revisit my review in a year time and put my experience with the product. Only complaint is with delivery, as you need to be at the delivery place in very short notice. Its was inconvenient both the times.

Good item, good service
The item ordered is good, the people who delivered it and assembled it were great: kind, polite, knowledgeable and fast.
The only little thing that could have been better is the date for the delivery as when I ordered the sofa, it was written that it would be available on the 27th of October but I was able to get it from the 2nd of November (and it wasn’t suitable for me up till 1week after).
But other than that, I’m overall very happy.

Great customer service
Great customer service! As I was a troublesome customer 🫣
They first kindly changed the delivery adress after the purchase to a totally different municipality/postcode.
And then afterwards I had to cancel the purchase. So i got money back and comunication was very smooth, considering the item (sofa!) was to be dispatched that very morning.
Much better logistics and communication than some big popular companies.

Delivery
Positive points: Explanation about the delivery, updates on when the delivery was coming and delivery faster than what was informed on the website. Sofa arrived in perfect conditions.
Things to improve: allow to choose a timeslot in the day, and also not having a 2hour delay compared to what was texted the day before.

If I could give them zero I would
If I could give them zero I would. Our brand new sofa crack with only one person sitting on a section for 2 people and they have so far taken more than 8 weeks of not replying how they will get this sofa fixed and keep blaming it on low staff in customer service and delays in feedback from their supplier. Every email takes more than a week to get a reply and the reply is always just asking for more information (pictures, explanation etc.), no solution. If you catch them on the phone, don't accept a call back, it never comes!!
Furnitures look great, but if you buy here, pray to god that you never have an issue, as you will likely have to go out and buy new furniture.

You ordered a sofa with time delivery…
We ordered a sofa with time delivery of 3 weeks. It was not ready for the agreed time and after calling them, they told us it will take another 3 weeks waiting time becouse they are busy. They found the sofa after 1 week. We received it damaged on the textile, the packing was extremely poor for a sofa- no protection at all. We have sent pictures but no answer back. Very poor custumer service or not existent actually!
