Product is bad, customer service is worse, warranty is non-existent
The usb lighter supposedly carries a one year warranty, and it broke within the year so it no longer lights. Contacted them via email and instagram, it takes them at least a week to reply. They said they would send a replacement and asked for address. I responded with address and never heard back from them. I kept messaging/emailing to follow up and I don't hear back. These are the types of companies you have to stay away from. Try sending an email or IG message to test their response.
