Paid for item and received an e-mail stating order would be received within 7 days with delivery confirmation.
No plates arrived within the specified time, contacted company , no response .
Waited several more week then e-mailed them advising I was contacting trading standards and my card provider to report the matter as I had not received the item and not received a response to my mails.
I received a mail stating they would take me to court for fraud ! Absolute cowboy company . Avoid at all costs.

Plates took 17 days to be delivered. Not happy. Communication was poor. I will not be recommending this website/ company to anyone!

AVOiD this company. After a very long awaited delivery finally recieved my plates to which was wrong reg number. Was told to return them paid for by myself. Waited and still no replacement plates, Sent numerous emails and no reply. Tryed to resolve the situation but ignored filed chargeback with my bank in the end to get my money back.

Just received my order after over 2 weeks. The plates themselves are fine but the communication and shipping time was appalling. I received a shipping notification over a week ago when they clearly hadn’t shipped them till Monday this week from the postage label- why even lie? I emailed twice during this time asking for tracking and was ignored, so if there was a problem with my plates I reckon it would be difficult to sort because they just don’t answer. I have to admit I said if they didn’t come by Friday I would be doing a claim through my bank because they hadn’t responded to me.

Just a note on other reviews, don’t blame the website that you ordered illegal plates, it’s clearly stated that only plain black non tinted 3D/4d is legal and anything else is not. I think to avoid this maybe marking lava plates etc as ‘show’ would resolve, but if you filter on the website by legal plates it only shows you non tinted 3D black text which is correct.

Ordered set of plates and left a space between the first 2 letters, distance on the front was 95mm and the distance on the rear between the first 2 letters was 78mm when I contacted to request a replacement i was told these are show plates and that they could more or less send what they wanted.
Contacted again over 11 time backwards and forwards between us and no resolve just told to read terms of service. Absolutely no customer service at all avoid this company at all costs

they arrived within the time scale, however when i asked for tracking number to track, i was ignored, the communication is very poor. wouldn't buy again.

Queried where plates are as 10 days had passed and told to be patient, plates arrived and where good quality, only problem I was advised by the police they where not legal, I advised the supplier and basically was told it’s my own fault as I asked for Tints and tints are only for show cars after I relooked at the site I found a very small ? if you tick the tints option and the same ? On another page advises show plates only.
I found the customer service abrupt if not cynical and am now the owner of an expensive set of unusable plates.

Poor communication otherwise I'd give 5 stars. Plates were delivered today on last day of 14day delivery schedule and they are excellent.

Long delivery times, had a problem with an order. Was sent short plates rather than standard and was given zero explanation and no offer to resolve or support the issue.
Extremely disappointing attitude. Avoid!

Was sent tinted plates when I clearly ordered legal ones, tried to resolve the issue but was told there is nothing they could do. Also very long delivery

Received email on 1st Feb saying plates have been shipped..
Couple of days later emailed company asking for tracking no. As it says on website (Hermes tracked). Had no reply Sent 3 more emails asking for tracking no. They were ignored.
Fri 7th Feb email company asking were my plates are , got a reply this time saying I've been bombarding them with e-mails and my order has been refunded . Why would a company refund your money if they 've sent your parcel over a week ago... 1st Feb like the txt messaged said I know it says custom number plates and was willing to wait for them but after receiving text about them being dispatched .. bad company

Waste of money .. Bought 4D Gel Lava plates, Make sure you read the terms of service at checkout as it is clearly too hard of them to make it obvious that they only sell show plates and could quite easily of put that next to the title of the plate or in the description instead of putting plates that "might" be legal on my car. I thought they were legal unless they are tinted then they are sold as show plates as the website says before the checkout, thats what the website says anyway before checkout i did not have the tinted option so i assumed they where legal until a police officer pointed out they are illegal with no information at the bottom of the plate as well as the red acrylics being illegal, luckily i didnt put them on my car as my aunt is a police
officer. Not happy, if this was made obvious i wouldn't be writing this review and wouldn't have wasted £57 however the plates are of good quality and do look good... just a shame i cant put them on my car or have a refund.

I’d highly recommend these guys if you want a quality set of plates for road or show use. Finest quality product for the price and there are different options to appear to most tastes.

I’ll be buying another set for the wife’s car when it arrives in a fortnight.

Look great on the car.

And don’t worry about them being damaged while being shipped. The packaging was more than substantial
