I never received my order and sent multiple emails, messages on.their website and on social.media and have had no reply. Im.now going to have to try and get my.money back through my credit card
I purchased a necklace as a gift to my mom. She received it on July 2nd and sent a photo to me thanking me. I realized that wasn't the necklace I ordered and promptly contacted the company. They responded very quickly and said they would send out the correct necklace at no charge but never sent the replacement and are no longer responding to my emails or messages.
I followed up on August 4th when my mom said she never received anything. No response. I followed up again and continue to receive no response.
